- Description: Charles was sitting on the front steps to his house, when James walked up and threw a beer can at him, knocking him to the ground. James then dragged Charles along the ground, before kicking him in the head multiple times. Charles was taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fractured right orbital bone and a traumatic brain injury. He died the next day.
