  1. Two and a half hours is a very long time to keep yourself busy with, but you mostly just spend the time to yourself you've found yourself with meditating, while your breathing techniques aren't the greatest, your martial arts training has given you a fairly good grasp of meditation, and it does seem to have a small effect on the rate of recovery for your spent magical energy. It also helps you to clear your mind as you focus on the task ahead of you.
