  5.
  6. The Russian question is significant for all of humanity, for the Russians are pursuing an aggressive chauvinist foreign policy [1], with vicious internal governance [6], and unlawfully [7] seized 20% of the world's natural resources. [2]
  7.
  8. This essay will answer the questions:
  9. - who are the Russians?
  10. - What brings Russianness to humanity?
  11. - why do Russians represent a problem for humanity?
  12. - How can the Russian problem be humanely and economically resolved?
  13.
  14. Before you build reasoning and draw conclusions, you need to understand who the "Russians" are, what makes them Russians (their "Russianness") - in other words, define the word "Russian".
  15.
  16. It is appropriate to assume that a typical Russian knows that he is Russian and will answer the question about his nationality that he is “Russian”. [3]
  17.
  18. Genetic studies show that Russians are not a biologically homogeneous mass, although Asian Finno-Ugric peoples predominate among Russians. [4]
  19.
  20. Russian citizenship and command of the Russian language do not make a person Russian, for Russians in Ukraine, Estonia and Latvia are still identified as “Russians” and do not want to accept the traditions of their peoples who have hosted them. [5]
  21.
  22. Thus, Russian Russianness is formed not by genetics, language or citizenship, but by ideological factors and traditions.
  23.
  24. The centuries-old history of Russians shows that unchanging all-Russian qualities are:
  25. - Imperialism, national chauvinism, neglect of international law. [7] [29] [30] [31] [32] [33] [34] [35]
  26. - Slave mentality, submission to unchangeable power. [11] [12] [13] [17]
  27. - Ignoring human rights. Animal cruelty, a tendency to violence, sadism and cannibalism. [14] [12] [27] [28] Neglect even of one's own life. [38] [39]
  28. - Addiction to crime. [37] In Russia, the number of police officers per 100,000 population is four times the number of police officers in Finland [23], three times more murders than in the United States, a leading position in the theft of intellectual property. [24] [25]
  29. - Alcoholism, drug addiction. [16] [9] [10]
  30. - uncultured and immoral behavior. [8] [15] [16]
  31. - Immaturity, a tendency to plagiarize. [18] [19] [20] [21] [22] [36]
  32.
  33. Consequently, voluntarily calling himself "Russian" and becoming a part of the Russian nation, the Russian assumes the above qualities inherent in most Russians. Therefore, Russian is equivalent to an incorrigible criminal without a drop of remorse, proud of his antisocial behavior and who believes that crimes need to live.
  34.
  35. In view of the above qualities, the presence of nuclear weapons [40], threats to use them [41], responsibility for the Cold War [43] and two world wars [29] [42], the Russians pose an existential threat to humanity and have significant resources [2] to continue to be a problem for the foreseeable future. Therefore, a potential solution to the Russian problem must be deduced.
  36.
  37. The most obvious way to reduce the threat posed by Russians is to reduce their population. A decrease in the number of Russians will result in economic collapse, loss of military potential and control over the occupied territories, due to a large number of factors, including the impossibility of maintaining a large army with a small population of the country.
  38.
  39. To reduce the number of Russians, it is necessary to implement processes that block the natural growth of the Russian nation and reduce the existing population.
  40.
  41. It is obvious that the reproduction and increase of Russians occurs exclusively at the expense of Russian females, therefore, among the processes that reduce the population of Russian processes, it is worth noting:
  42. - distribution among Russian females of drugs with high mortality;
  43. - Nazism: blocking the immigration of women from other countries to Russia;
  44. - sterilization of Russian females;
  45. - emigration of Russian females.
  46.
  47. The spread of drugs with a high mortality rate, such as heroin [46], will cause great economic losses for Russia, and although in the absence of external factors, females are less likely to use heroin than men (0.8% versus 1.4 for men), if the females are given easy access to drugs, females are more likely to become addicted (25.6% versus 17.7%). [44] Thus, if every Russian female will be able to use heroin, then about 25% of Russian females will die. As a side effect, addiction entails the spread of HIV. If an HIV-infected female gives birth, then with a probability of 30% the child will be infected with HIV [47], therefore he will not give offspring himself, but he will still require resources for his treatment and maintenance. In addition, conflicting information on dosages, as well as sharply varying amounts of active substance in different deliveries, will help increase mortality. For example, it is possible to first give the addict a dose mixed with a placebo, and then suddenly give her a clean dose.
  48.
  49. It is worth considering the Internet as the primary means of advertising and selling drugs, due to the fact that the Internet ensures the anonymity of the seller and the only way to block the drug
