 BEFORE YOU BIGIN

      (1) make sure u have installed adb drivers for ur device
      	  If the package doesn't have the drivers for your device
      	  please download from http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/drivers/
      (2) enable "USB DEBUGGING"
            from (Menu\Settings\Applications\Development)
      (3) enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES"
            from (Menu\Settings\Applications)
      (4) [OPTIONAL] increase screen timeout to 10 minutes
      (5) connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC



WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE STEPS ABOVE
--------------------------------------------------------------

1) Extract the downloaded zip file th a new folder on your desktop.

3) go to the folder where its extracted and execute "runme_win"
   file with Administrator rights.
   (Right click on the file and select "Run as Administrator")

4) read and follow the instructions on the screen!

5) REBOOT THE DEVICE AFTER THE SCRIPT HAS FINISHED EXECUTION!
