I am still waiting for a response for nearly two months.
The timeframe has been 8 weeks, and there is no proof or investigation on your side. This is a one side investigation which i cannot appeal for, nor there is feedback on your side regards to the regulations which i have broken.
I have quoted the regulations while creating an account :''When creating an Account, the User is:prompted to provide personal information, as mentioned in the Privacy Policy;required to read this document and the Privacy Policy;prompted to declare that the user has the required age to create an account;'' it has required in your legislation that you have to be 16+ to create this account.
As per internal regulations as stated above, if i am banned due to negligence on my side as stated that the counter party is underage and has flagged a concern. This would indeed breech the rule as above. As you can see the counter parties if suggested by the underage accusation, this means that is she breaking the rules set by yourselves in the game. This should automatically result in a ban in the game or enforcement action to be made.
Under Black Deserts onlines terms and conditions 12.1.1, it stipulates -
Vulgar, abusive, hateful, racist, defamatory, threatening, pornographic or sexually orientated;
- Referring to inappropriate parts of the human body or bodily functions;
As written in 12.2 Breaches and outcomes for the black desert terms and condition, it states :
- A temporary impossibility to post message on the relevant Service;
- The renaming of the name violating the naming policy
- a warning;
- a temporary ban forbidding the User to use the relevant Service;
- a temporary ban forbidding the User to post messages on the Forums and to access the Game;
- a permanent ban forbidding the User to use the relevant Service;
- a permanent ban forbidding the User to post messages on the Forums and to access the Game;
- a permanent ban on the Account forbidding the User to use the Account to access the Services;
- the termination of the Agreement for cause.
Myself as well as my guild members have reported several players which has breached this internal regulation which yourself has been well versed in...with evidence provided on multiple platforms, there has been no action taken on your side. I believe this is a failure to exercise reasonable care on a guild masters side. If a guild master recieves multiple emails or tickets (which indeed everyone has the power as well as choice to either raise or not) highlighting the effects of verbal abusive, which is seen publically in game. Would this not be flagged as a priority matter which should be dealt appropriately and investigated. From how i see this, you are allowing individuals or perhaps groups of people to slide out your grasp of responsibility...not just to us..but every stakeholder which comes into contact with Kakao Games.
I have tried to contact the Head office at Kaokao Games Europe: Kaokao Games Europe B.V with the dutch trade register under n° 62780476, having its registered office at Handelsweg 59J 4th Floor, 1181 ZA Amstelveen, Netherlands. The phone keeps on going on voice mail. Please can you tell me the best method to contact someone in person so i can get an update on the situation.

1) Threat (e.g. threatening letters, threats to the victim and/or family members and friends).
2) Violence (e.g. assault, deliberate collisions, or breaking windows).
3) Telephone terrorization (e.g. checking on the victim by phone, phoning at night).
4) Orders/mail(e.g. love letters, delivery of goods not ordered by the victim).
5) Pursuit/checking(e.g. pursuit of the victim outside, hanging around outside the house at night, searching through garbage).
6) Slander(e.g. false reports, gossip).
7) Breaking into house/car

 I have experienced harrasment everyday from a long duration of time, and i have needed psychological theraphy for the aftermathe being deframmed and harrassed constantly. I have resulted to the fact that i have been in contact with a laywer regards to this problem to see whether legal actions can be taken against the other party. As i have been called a degrading term which the truth has been shown on screen shots.  I have no things to hide , so feel free to check in game chat,
It has been over a month without any communication on your side. From a loyal player of Black Desert Online of two years. I am puzzled why an investigation happened and  involved party not banned .
I believe this issue was passed onto german/ dutch police. Please can you give me a case number of this
 If the situation is not escalated we will need to resort to social media to voice out our disbelief as well as disapointment in how the situation has been dealt with. Please understand that my  guild mates- 81 of them will be spamming the forums as well as social media to try and get an update on your side. We will definitely be using twitch and other live streaming platforms to call out Kakao as well as the Black Desert Online game
Please understand my concerns, not just about this situation. But about the incompetency in Gamemasters for kakao in dealing with sensitive topics .
Please note that as Kakao games has started an investigation on my account, you have the responsibility to keep the victim(s) informed and handle the case the most efficiently as possible.
