Inferno Dev 6 (Tali Dianara) Part 2

[21:56] Closing his eyes as their final clash came about, the former Deacon already knew what the result would be. His friend being sent tumbling back, their following rage fueled words igniting something inside the man's heart as well, how he was unable to protect those people.

Stepping forward as Asim tells him to end this... well, let's just say he didn't need to be told twice.

"Your passion... truly beautiful, I'll admit that... I can feel it."

A warm smile on his face as he states that, a smile which soon turns cold.

"If only it was being used for true justice..."

His arm is lifted in front of himself, palm down as it starts to send a stream of mana into the ground, slowly starting to fill their surroundings with holy magic, burning as fiercely as it should.

"One could wonder how a man who appeared to be evil right now could use such magic. Let's just say there are always two sides of the coin, while some people will say certain things about me, some other people's opinions would also diverge."

Chuckling at this piece of unnecessary information he just gave, a sigh is given.

"I don't really feel bad for having to beat you now... I guess it's time to show you. No matter how much stronger you get, how many techniques you learn or how much you train.

There's always a bigger fish."

Water gathers around his body while the holy energy makes their surrounding feel as though it was getting heavier. A holy magic user, truly, he had been thinking about it, what if he fought for na unjust cause? Maybe he wouldn't be able to use his powers... doesn't seem like this is the moment he would see if such a thing was true, for the woman's words hit a very sore spot on both his and Asim's heart, all those innocent people...

[22:06] The woman would slowly sigh as she would reach her limit. Her body to breathe heavily. The amount of stress that was pulled through with her body was something to marvel. Her body adapting much more to the drawback to her drakkanite blood.

The fight has ended. Another tale to get through, she needed to push towards her goals. The beauty of hard work was it was often always payed back in full, just have to be patient is all. But for now. She had to take her leave.

Unfortunately she didn't have enough strength to keep up with another fight before her. It was absolutely draining to keep her physical position. Her muscles aching after a match like that, the female breathing heavily... It would pain her to do this... However.

"You and I will finish this, and you will be next to face justice. But fortunately for you. today will not be that day. you False Prophet..."

With a snap of her finger she would create a form of flashbang, using the flurry of her explosion magic, she would obstruct her opponents view. Just about enough to encourage him to create enough space, and temporarily bother his vision.

The explosion would send dust and debris flying into the air. As the smoke cleared, there would certainly be nothing left. With scorched grass, ashes, and remaining cinders being all that's left..

[22:15] Being blinded by the sudden flash for a moment, he didn't expect it at all, still, he can't let that be the end of this. Immediately using holy magic to heal himself and straighten his senses, he manages to at least identify the direction she's running towards, and dashes.

[22:16] The woman makes her dash towards the gates, hoping her mage legs don't fail her.

[22:38] A chase starts, the man immediately dashing after them. A staff on his hand, and water whip on the other which shoots forward to grab at her feet and bring her towards himself.

Having been brought into his area of control, she would feel his holy magic burning, a feeling so diferente from what she would usually feel with her own fire magic, which never truly harmed her.

Despite being shorter than most people, the man could truly be said to be a Titan in battle compared to others, having come so far from being a simple street rat from Sudbury who would never think of challenging a Guard or Knight.

As her attacks come towards him, flames burning his body, explosions tearing small patches of his skin, it didn't really matter, his combination of holy and water magic quickly healing any wounds he received.

"At this point, no words will be able to get through to you... so I'll do it with actions instead."

A flood of water hits her body, sending her a bit far away, a bit too much for his liking.

Bringing his palms together, all the holy energy in the area, the one he had spread into the ground as welll as the one surrounding his body gather into a sphere of light, which he then shoots forward in a blast of light.

It approaches her body at a high speed just as she would probably take the opportunity to escape. The sphere hitting the right side of her back as well as a part of her wing, piercing through her clothes and armor.

Still, it wasn't enough to make her unconscious and thus, she would've been able to escape due to how close they were to Osrona territory.

[23:06] The woman would have her mad dash.. However, the stress upon her muscles would prove to be a heavy problem indeed. The heat from the last battle would over time, stress and damage them. Unfortunately for her, one of the most severe drawbacks of using this type of fire would be over-exhaustion.

She would swiftly hear a crack from the water whip dragging her back into the area... Her attempts at creating a flashbang would fail miserably. Bursts of holy magic would overwhelm her.. Hitting her with heavy physical light. One that would burn ever so slightly.

The gap in prowess would be very prevalent with this fight. It was sad to take a look at how far she had came when it had involved her prowess. Only to be snuffed back with water once more... The change in power was almost Chimeric...

But she wouldn't relent.. Her goal was to survive at this point. To go beyond the grasp of fate, and allowed her to survive the pain that was brought to her.. She would counter with explosions, only to see them shrugged off so easily...


A blast of light would travel towards her. Shooting her wing, the piece of mana manipulated, It was truly a painfull sight.. To see her own blood drip from her back. Pieces of swollen muscle would be seen. But she would grit her teeth....

"I. Won't....DIE! I will make your crimes known you bastard.... Both you and your Protégé. You won't snuff out the cinders of justice the next time that we meet. I promise you..."

She said.. Her muscles straining and tightening as she moved. Every step would become painfull for her to adjust pieces of muscle tissue ripping and swollen. And it was the first time she would come back with something that she probably would have to live with her for the rest of her livelihood.

But that didn't discourage her. This fight would expand her spirit to new heights... A dragon that has scars to prove that she wasn't worthless, that she would become a better person after this point onwards... But for now. She had one thing to do In order to accomplish her goals...

[23:10] Tali Dianara says, "Shit..."
[23:10] Kelly Kirk asks, "What's wrong?"
[23:24] Tali would slowly limp, her muscle tissue torn. And a small gash that would be very visible towards the man. A scaring would with traces of holy light would be apparent judging from the hole in the cloak, in massive amounts of pain...

Her legs would slowly attempt to give in, as her legs try harder and harder to slowly give in. Anger and disappointment lingers within Tali. However, she makes her way to a happy ally of hers. Just in time actually...

She would lean on her friend, and looked towards her friend. Her eyes showing a little bit of weakness, but emanating a little more resolve than ever. The loss of her fights would be better than the loss of others lives..

"Black cloacked enemy, Carries staff, water and holy magic... Paired with another male in a white gi…"

She said. Hoping her would send her to the hospital.

[23:31] Kelly's eyes widen behind his shades, surprised to see his friend in such a horrible shape. He wraps his arms and chains around his friend as she leans on him, trying to support her weight... Then, she describes her attackers, which catches him even more off-guard: Holy magic, used for sinister ends. How was such a thing possible? "Alright, Tali... I'll get you to Barca or Agrien, just hang in there..." He then uses his chains to affix and gently tie Tali to his back, rushing towards the hospital. He was no stranger to being a beast of burden.

[23:34] Kelly Kirk asks, "...Agrien's resting?"
[23:34] Sentinel says, "Temporarily, I think."
[23:34] Kelly Kirk says, "....My friend's wounded."
[23:34] Kelly Kirk says, "I hope she wakes up soon..."
[23:34] Sentinel says, "Seems to be a common issue."
[23:35] Sentinel asks, "Does the Watch not have its own medics?"
[23:35] Kelly Kirk says, "If there are, I don't remember -who-."
[23:35] Kelly Kirk says, "Maybe Robin's awake at the park..."
[23:36] Melrak Norken asks, "I assume you have a business deal, or friend amongst them, or in moonfall then?"
[23:36] Alita Tym whispers something.
[23:36] Priscilla cos Solenne says, "Holly."
[23:37] Cristóvan considers this. He truly does.

[23:37] Kelly Kirk says, "Robin... Tali's wounded."
[23:37] Tali Dianara says, "Kelly.."
[23:37] Kelly Kirk says, "Tali, what-"
[23:37] Priscilla cos Solenne asks, "Are you up for a fight?"
[23:37] Tali Dianara asks, "Is there A doctor in the hospital? Or was there?"
[23:37] Kelly Kirk says, "Agrien was resting."
[23:38] Alita Tym whispers something.
[23:38] Tali Dianara says, "Shoot."
[23:38] Tali Dianara whispers: Near mountains.
[23:38] Priscilla cos Solenne says, "Seems she's not paying attention. "
[23:38] Tali Dianara whispers: near moonfall.
[23:38] Priscilla cos Solenne says, "I would also try Cristovan."
[23:39] Priscilla said this towards her child.

[23:39] Agni cos Solenne asks, "Who's that?"
[23:39] Cristóvan nods and turns to the sudden mention of his name.

[23:39] Alita Tym whispers something.
[23:39] Kelly Kirk says, "Robin's resting, too...? Damn."
[23:39] Priscilla cos Solenne says, "Hello, Crissy. "
[23:40] Cristóvan says, "Evening, Pris'."
[23:40] Shrike Airgetlám says, "Mm."
[23:40] Shrike Airgetlám says, "I have no contact."
[23:40] Priscilla cos Solenne says, "-- Oh. Agni, this is my children friend, Cristovan. I'm the only one allowed to call him 'Crissy'. "
[23:40] Kelly Kirk says, "Oh."

[23:41] Agrien Vandroy asks, "Kelly, what happened?"
[23:41] Kelly Kirk says, "Tali got attacked..."
[23:41] Kelly Kirk says, "And of course as fucking always."
[23:41] Kelly Kirk says, "I missed it. I wasn't there."
[23:41] Kelly Kirk says, "I am always absent when I'm needed most."
[23:41] Tali Dianara says, "Kelly...."
[23:42] Tali Dianara says, "If I hear you......"
[23:42] Tali Dianara says, "Pity yourself.............And.....blame.....yourself..."
[23:42] Tali Dianara says, "One...........more...........time..."
[23:42] Agrien sighed after that absolute myriad of chaotic happenings that came to be for the past few hours. Walking back to Sentinel, the doctor picked her ink and her pencil, trying to gather her thoughts at where she was even at by now.

"Right, so what I'm going to do here is to try and draw a glyph on your armor that will interact with any form of mana within it. You're the daughter of an artificer - I think - so you might know how glyphs work, but let me tell you exactly what I'm going to do here."

As she explained, Agrien started already using the ink and the pencil to place some lines, thin of the glowing blue ink, across the flat of her back.

"Glyphs are basically lines-" she paused for a moment, lowering the pencil and turning over to Kelly and Tali again, looking at Sentinel rather apologetically as she placed away the pencil.

"Bring her over to the beds and let me take a look of what happened. If you know what happened, telling me will also make it a lot easier so I know what I'm dealing with here."

The ginger said as she tapped on the armored woman's shoulder, circling her and motioning with her head towards the beds.

[23:44] Tali would return a weak glare....

"Il....hit....you.."

She said breathing heavily.

"No....More....Hurting...your...Spirit...."

She said. As she bleeds from her back...

[23:44] Kelly Kirk says, "Okay... Let's get you onto the bed..."
[23:45] Sentinel says, "Welcome to the hospital! Heh."
[23:46] Kelly's chains unwrap from his back, handing Tali's body over to the man himself. He then gently places her onto the bed. "Tali got attacked by a mage using Water, a staff, and Holy magic, black cloak. He had an accomplice with a white gi, another male... I don't get how using that sort of magic in a malicious fashion would be possible, but I can't argue with her injuries..."

[23:47] Kelly Kirk says, "...I'm angry, Tali."
[23:47] Kelly Kirk says, "Angry that I wasn't there to help you."
[23:50] "Water mage, black cloak and a partner with a white gi. I don't think it rings any bells to me." she explained as she moved over to the beds, looking over at Tali as she gave her an assessing look.

Moving parts of her cloak away, Agrien tried herself to gain visual access to whatever might have happened to her in specific, trying to gain a sight of her wound, so to speak.

"Kirk I think I'm going to be needing surgical tools for this, it's a little serious and I'll need to operate her. Do you have any of those with you, or the materials to assemble one? I can do it myself if you have the mythril and orchilacum."

Agrien said with her own calm note, turning her eyes back to Tali as she adjusted her on the bed.

"Let me take a better look at this, please. I'm going to take care of you, don't worry."
