He wears his dark brown hair short, slicked back to keep out of his almost black eyes. He has a long beard bound with small gold bands, a long mustache to match with the same adornments. He is known to be fiercely loyal to the Freehold, his dedication to never leaving a soldier behind earning him respect among his fellows. He is in charge of over-watching training in new members and the up-keep of weapons. When not in the Freehold, he can be found patrolling the tunnels on the lookout for the banished True Fae said to lurk there.
  13.
  14. East Queen: Thera [Fairest, Gorgon-Masterpeice]
  15. She works in a Jewelry Store in the Mayfair Mall, called Pandora. She is a tall woman with sleek black hair that falls below her hips, her skin a nice olive complexion and her body adorned in bracelets and cuffs fashioned to look like chains and coins. She looks like the embodiment of opulence, her eyes obscured by a pair of sunglasses with lens a deep beautiful amber. She tasks herself with organizing events for Chinatown to bring in tourists so they can funnel revenue into the Freehold, as well as keeping a ledger of 'debts' and 'loans' for members of Fan Tan.

  24. The Fan Tan Freehold is hidden away behind a heavy iron gate on the streets of Chinatown, leading into a network of alleyways into a open space at the center obscured from view of the humans and others. The space is decorated with potted plants, benches and table, even some food gardens in tiered plant boxes. There are tarps and gazebos that shelter the Lost from coming storms and harsh rays of the sun, as well as keeping their Freehold hidden from above surveillance at the paranoid request of a previous ruler now long gone.
  25.
  26. During the festivals commonly celebrated in the Chinese Calendar, the Freehold holds competitions and games for its members, testing their strengths and honing their weaknesses as they build unity. A space for trading items collected during excursions into the world and missions, as well at crafts made by the Lost. There host a bonfire at the end of these events where stories are shared with food and drink, celebrating another holiday met as they continue their fight for their right to live.
  27.
  28. Surrounding the space are four buildings used for training, lessons, recovery and even temporary shelter until homes cane be found for members in Dragon's Alley. These buildings consist of ground floors, basements for storage of items and weapons, and two upper floors each with cots and first-aid rooms. The upper most floor of each building serves as home for the Four Leaders to do with as they wish.
  29.
  30. In the Basement of the building where the West King resides is a entrance to the underground tunnels, where the Lost make patrols to watch out for the rumored banished True Fae said to dwell.
