Mystic Eyes of Gravitation : B-B+++ [WisUp!]
A set of Mystic Eyes with command over the force of gravity itself. Varies in strength depending on unknown factors, but at their weakest, they rank down the Agility of any Servant caught within them by a single rank. Should a Servant be caught in the gaze of the eyes when they are at their strongest, any being that has lower than A Rank Endurance will be immediately crushed and compacted into a sphere, and even those capable of surviving have their Agility parameter ranked down by three stages for as long as they are under the effect of the eyes.

Narcolepsy: A
A skill that represents a tendency to go to sleep at any time, even in inappropriate circumstances. At this rank, it is possible for Foreigner to fall asleep even in the midst of combat. Intense concentration or physical activity makes this skill even more likely to activate.

Witch Trial: - (A+)
Foreigner attracts the hatred of others through merely being seen by them. Because of Foreigner's inexperience with this ability, this skill is unable to be disabled. Should Foreigner manage to properly master her abilities, then not only will this ability be capable of being disabled at will by it's owner, but it can even be shared with another, meaning that whoever is targeted by the ability becomes a magnet for hatred to all who see them. Currently, this skill is sealed thanks to the work of Touko Aozaki.

Protection of the Ignorant: A
A strange skill. Attacks against Foreigner are processed on their complexity rather than the power of the attack. Because of this, basic attacks like punches and kicks are almost completely ineffective against Foreigner regardless of mystery, however, this skill may be overcome by any sufficiently skilled fighting style, and has very little effect against Noble Phantasms due to their complex nature.
