  3. 1. Agreement between you and Empire
  4. Welcome to Empire Services. We ask you to read our terms of service carefully before using Empire Services. By using Empire Services, you are automatic agreeing to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy put in place by us. If you refuse to follow and agree to our terms then you may not use our services and must leave as soon as possible.
  5. 2. Modifications
  6. A) Base prices for our services and products are subject to change at anytime without notice.
  7. B) We have the right to change the terms of service at anytime and will become effective once posted and updated on our Discord and website. You are automatically agreeing to our updated terms of service when you purchase a service or product from us.
  8. C) We reserve the right to at any time to modify or discontinue a service offered by Empire Services.
  9. 3. Digital Products or Services
  10. A) You understand that Empire Services isn’t responsible for any loss of files that was provided by the Symmetry team. If you have trouble finding your product you may ask an Executive or Management member to provide the file. However, there is no guarantee for you to receive the file if it isn’t found in our database.
  11. B) Customers agree that all products and services done by Empire (E. g. Graphic Design, Bot Development, Discord Setups, or any service offered by us) may be used and placed in our “Website Portfolio” with a watermark to be showcased or shared with new clients.
  12. C) As a customer you understand that every project’s budget and timeframe can be subject to change at anytime. At Empire, we don’t make a guarantee that your timeframe and budget you’ve proposed will be met. If you still haven’t received your product before the intended timeframe then a new completion date will be given. With a large queue of commission you can expect a delay which you will be notified prior to this event.
  13. D) Both Empire and the clients agree that each commission should be done in a timely manner. This means that both parties will need to respond quickly so we can meet the completion date.
  14. E) The client agrees that the freelancer will do what was requested upon agreement with the agreed budget and completion date. If the client requests more once the first 50% of the payment was sent the budget may need to be increased and the completion date may need to extend.
  15. F) If you need our team to sign a contract when requesting an order then you must let us know prior ordering. This will allow us to find a freelancer who is able to sign a contract or a parent/legal guardian.
  16. 4. Termination Policy
  17. A) The client agrees that they should give feedback to the freelancer and Empire Services no longer than seven days of the freelancer’s reply. If the project is completed and hasn’t been paid nor replied by the client after one week then Empire has the right to create a scam report and terminate you from using our services any longer.
  18. B) If in the event that we’ve believe that you have “scammed” or “left-off”, your product will go into our digital shop which our customers will be able to purchase at the same or different price that was agreed upon discussion.
  19. C) The customers understands that if Empire believes you’ve failed or we suspect you’ve violated our terms then you will be terminated from our services immediately.
  20. D) Cancellation can cause the action of being blacklisted from using Empire Services. If for any reason we feel like your project can’t be complete we will do our standard procedures and you will be refunded. We also have the right to cancel any commission request without giving a reason.
  21. E) All transactions sent to Empire are authorized by you and isn’t marked as ‘Unauthorized Activity’. If payment was sent to Empire you have 24 hours to open a ticket or a claim in the resolution center, if product hasn’t begun.
  22. 5. Payment and Refund Policy
  23. A) All clients must pay at least 50% of the agreed price in the deal before the freelancer begins. Once paid, the freelancer will begin your project and complete it. If completed,!you are required to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed price. Failure to-do so will result in a Scam Report being made under your name.
  24. B) All fees and payments are done in U.S dollars. If the freelancer hasn’t begun your project you are free to request 100% of the initial payment to be refunded back to you. You may not chargeback or file a dispute for any reason.
  25. C) If Empire Services believes that your work has been complete then you will not be refunded. The client is responsible for paying the final payment for the completed project.
