- And no, sorry. The fact that phone has been underway for so long does not automatically mean we can order another phone and send it to you. The giveaway had a clear closing time, and we can not, 4 months later, make any exceptions in the terms.

The difference is that he contacted us straight away within a few days after the results were announced, and items were ordered based on who contacted us. You contact us 4 months later, and since the items are provided by Pragmatic and not by us personally it is very difficult to do anything in this matter. I will however contact Pragmatic and see if we can perhaps come forward with some consolation. Alright?
