From that point onwards it is your reponsibility to check your inbox or spam folder for mails like these. We are not responsible for your e-mail settings.
  5. Of course I do understand this is a huge disappointment. But I can safely assure you, as my colleague just wrote, that all other winners that contacted us have received their phone/money as promised.

  15. And no, sorry. The fact that phone has been underway for so long does not automatically mean we can order another phone and send it to you. The giveaway had a clear closing time, and we can not, 4 months later, make any exceptions in the terms.

  24. You mean you've been in conversation with the one person whose phone is still underway? The difference is that he contacted us straight away within a few days after the results were announced, and items were ordered based on who contacted us. You contact us 4 months later, and since the items are provided by Pragmatic and not by us personally it is very difficult to do anything in this matter. I will however contact Pragmatic and see if we can perhaps come forward with some consolation. Alright?
