<10:32:49> "Eastonn8": I'm noticing a trend with Division splits where Commanders are being put into less than ideal positions with a division with 60-80% initiate after a split, and it causing major growing and sustainability pains.

<10:37:02> "Eastonn8": As much as I agree with that sentiment, in order for growth to continue at this rate, sustainability is key, and if we need some more restrictions to get it so that we don't have a repeat of the new house's problem, then it might be necessary.

<10:39:40> "GreatJackal": of course not - but we are in most of the big titles now - it sjust a case of expanding our presence
<10:40:10> "GreatJackal": think of it like colonization - we started somewhere, then sent explorers all over the map to grab new lands for DI
