  6. There was an explosion at a rocket fuel plant in southern Poland, killing one person.

  8. The pro-RU Moldovan opposition held its second meeting in Moscow, and reaffirmed their support for RU-friendly policies and dislike for EU centric policies.

  10. A number of western provided F-16 will be located at foreign bases to protect them from RU strikes, per UA Air Force Command. Specifically, these will be used for training new UA pilots. RU threatened to target any bases hosting these aircraft.

  37. RU Kadyrovite forces launched a raid into Ryzhivka in NE Sumy, broadly viewed as a propaganda stunt. The small village is functionally connected to a village on the russian side of Tetkino, and lies on the far side of a river seperating it from the rest of UA territory. It is unlikely this will serve as a bridgehead for future RU assaults, as the village has been functionally abandoned since July of last year. Only 9 people remain in the village, the majority of which are elderly pensioners, down from a population of 700.

  68. RU forces currently appear to control the E half of the Kanal microdistrict and are further contesting along the forest to the NW and some of the central industrial streets. RU strikes hear are heavy in the direction if Kalinina, as they seek to advance around to N of Chasiv Yar.

  75. RU continues to focus on this area, launching some 20 assaults to the W of Avdiivka.

  166. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has abandoned plans to create a five-year military aid fund for Ukraine after facing opposition from Alliance members. According to a new proposal that could gain the support of NATO defence ministers when they meet in Brussels next week, Alliance members will commit to spending at least €40 billion annually on lethal and non-lethal aid for Ukraine.
