One of the most important things that a recruiter can do to improve your recruitment process is to make sure that you have a good communication line with all the people that you are interviewing. In fact, one of the most important things you can do for your recruiters is to make sure that they can contact you when they need to get answers to questions that have not been addressed satisfactorily by the other person. These are the five ways to improve your communication process with your applicants.

  3. Make sure that you provide your applicants with a list of contacts that they can contact in an emergency or with any questions they might have. If there is ever a question that needs to be answered, it should be included on your list. This also helps your applicants feel like they have someone who they can call upon when questions come up. This list should be included with every applicant so that they can easily locate it when they need it.

  5. Make sure that your recruitment team can communicate effectively with each of the applicants. They can always communicate with each individual on their own, but if you only have two members of your team, there is not enough time for the communication to happen. It is a great idea to allow the people who work under you to communicate with your applicants, whether this be via email or verbally.
