Looking for Brave Browser full Offline Download Files of Latest Stable Release

I'm working on a guide for Russian citizens to be able to access government anti-circumvention technology. What I wanted to do is download a copy of the Brave browser with all the installation files already included (an offline release) for Mac, PC, and Linux and then reupload them to file cyberlocker sites, so in case the Russian government has blocked access to the main brave domain, they would still be able to download and install it.

The post is in both English and Russian (although I used Google Translate for the translation, hopefully it's good enough) As of yet, I haven't uploaded any of the software I've mentioned in the post, as I'm still downloading it, organizing it, and finding hopefully a multi cyberlocker uploader that will upload to multiple cyberlockers - making it harder for the Russian gov to defeat. Notes are welcome, and if you really want to get involved make an account on vk.com, which is Russia's Facebook, make random friends, and then send them a link to that document using Google translate to communicate with the native Russian speakers.

As a side note, I choose Russia as the target to remove censorship from Facebook & Twitter as they are the ones that are most censored and are not getting a full picture of what's going on in Ukraine with those two critical social media sites blocked. I have no idea what method Russia is using to censor those sites, so I included all the tricks and tools I know of.

But anyway, if anyone could point me to the direction of the offline installation files for the latest stable version of Brave I would appreciate it. I found their GitHub repository, but all I see is prerelease/alpha/beta builds of Brave. So, I assume I must be looking in the wrong place.
