[Crystal Glitchless] Route 37 Entei Manip v1.0

NOTE: As the Raikou route is apparently faster, I am not updating this paste with the latest information. As a result, there may be some slight inaccuracies. See the Raikou paste (https://pastebin.com/J42anhYp) if you want to learn the manips for the fastest Crystal route.

> BASIC INFORMATION

This manip gets a 3 frame cluster for Enteis on Route 37 with extremely good stats
    - 1st frame (f77):  DVs=FF5F  (L40 stats: 154/109/85/89/77/89)
    - 2nd frame (f78):  DVs=FADE  (L40 stats: 150/109/81/88/76/95)
    - 3rd frame (f79):  DVs=F5FF  (L40 stats: 154/109/77/89/77/97)

Manip Concept:
    - Save before loading the Ecruteak girl NPC (on this tile: https://i.imgur.com/EetAk8D.png)
    - Hard reset and buffer the intro
    - After pressing Continue, wait on the file info screen and hit one of 3 consecutive frames in a cluster
    - Bike to bottom of Ecruteak (left tile on r37 border), watch the NPC while biking to the tile
        - If she immediately moves left, unbike and do manip for f78
        - If she stays facing right, bike up 4, down 4 and watch the NPC again
            - If she faces left this time, unbike and do manip for f77
            - If she continues facing right, unbike and do manip for f79

    - You can use the practice ROM and/or practice save at bottom of this paste to calibrate your offset (or find a game audio cue)



> REQUIREMENTS

Conditions that must be met for a save to work with this manip:
    - PoisonStepCount = 3 (more info below)
    - Party Size = 3 (Croconaw + Kenya + Poliwag/Egg)
        - Another manip for Party Size of 2 may be forthcoming
    - Base RTC = 17:5x:00 (StartHour/StartMinute/StartSecond)

        - If you are doing Toto manip (https://pastebin.com/sRhD7MsB), you already do steps to ensure this
    - Somewhere between 10 to 59 minutes have elapsed since RTC was initialized
    - Your player sprite must be the girl character, on the bike, and facing right
    - A repel must be active and have >= 30 steps remaining
    - StepCount must be between 0-98 or 128-226 (more info below)

Things that don't [appear to] matter:
    - Whether or not you've fought Greg (r37 spinner)
    - Whether the save was buffered

*NOTE 1: After the Rival 3 battle, PoisonStepCount is set to 0. PoisonStepCount increases every step you take thereafter, but goes back to 0 on every 4th step (0->1->2->3->0->1->2->3->0, and so on). Two noteworthy exceptions to this: (1) PoisonStepCount doesn't increase on a step where a Repel wears out; (2) when jumping a ledge, PoisonStepCount only increases by 1 (despite moving 2 tiles).

There are two ways to ensure you get the correct PoisonStepCount:
    (1) Repel before r37 grass (while buffering Greg), jump ledge after roping out of Burned Tower, repel on the save tile
    (2) Repel after entering Burned Tower (turnframe + first 3 steps have encounter immunity), and waste exactly 3 tiles before saving (waste 1 or 3 before roping out); the Repel will still be active and last just long enough for the manip

(Note that method 2 allows for the possibility to buy 1 fewer Repel.)

So long as you don't waste any [additional] tiles of movement biking to the save spot, either method will produce a PoisonStepCount of 3. If you accidentally waste tiles, you need to make sure the number of tiles you waste in total before saving is a multiple of 4.

*NOTE 2: StepCount starts at 0 from New Game, and doesn't get reset. It does, however, go back to 0 on every 256th step. RNG can be affected if StepCount reaches 128 or 256 (0) during a manip; that said, assuming you do not waste a huge number of tiles prior to Entei manip, you should be in a safe range.

If you get no encounter IGT'd, it is still very likely that Entei is on the route. You can either bike in grass while the repel is still active, or turn in place to add encounter chances (and avoid counting steps towards the repel wearing off).

Note that the f79 Entei (F5FF) allows skipping an X Speed on Red. You still need to buy the extra X Speed, of course, since you won't always hit this frame.
