WHACK!

Long, wooden kendo stick would crack against a rock. Reverbations would rocket up the youths arm, shaking him to his core nearly causing him to drop it. There would be a curse that, if there had been an adult around, he was sure would get him in trouble. Was it even worth it, training with this stupid thing? Was it worth it?

What was the point?

All the other kids got to be cool, and do cool things. They were out fighting giant spiders, and crabs! Going on adventures and getting crowns! Of course he thought Simas crown was stupid, but that didn't mean he didn't want a cool crown. Or an adventure. Or even just...friends that wanted to hang out with him.

The thoughts filled his mind, made the fat boy frown. Another huff, before he would swing the sword back forward. Again. And again. And again, and would continue to do so until his arms were far too heavy to even lift.

It had better be worth it...
