- Female.

- April, 2012.
- Alignment:
- Chaotic Good.
- Personality:
- Naomi is a person that is almost entirely ruled by her emotions. She is quick to anger and violence, seeming to always look for an excuse to fight. And, while in a fight, she does everything possible to win, and despises any loss. Coupled with her anger is a streak of rudeness and biting sarcasm, which is used on almost anyone, whether or not she may like them. All she seems to care about is advancing her own goals and growing stronger, and will go through anyone that gets in her way. In fact, she is always blaming herself, and attempts to grow stronger and make up for any previous mistakes by obtaining every bit of power she can, to an almost obsessive degree. She considers herself almost a complete failure because of her sisters' death, and while she tries to improve, she does it in all the wrong ways, and sometimes at the expense of others. She also has a rebellious streak a mile wide, defying any and every source of authority she meets, and disrespecting even those not in a position of authority.
- However, there is a hidden, softer side to the girl. If one manages to get close enough to her to be her friend (an achievement that is no mere feat), she will defend them to her dying breath, always trying to never let the people she cares about down again. And she is capable of caring, despite how she acts. She'll have to learn to trust first though, and that her attitude goes nowhere in gaining friends. But it is truly Naomi's passion, an upside to her anger that she has to learn to control, that is her greatest strength. Any interest or goal she sees through to the fullest. Naomi is truly a diamond in the rough, her good side needs only to be coaxed out.
- Powers:
- Soulflame: More of a concept than a superpower, the Soulflame magic is a representation of the pure willpower Naomi possesses, along with other of her stronger emotions, particularly her rage and passion. She gained this power after completing her Awakening. The Soulflame is physically represented by white flames and is a combination of the elements of fire and light on the magical spectrum. The Soulflame's strength depends mostly on the intensity of her emotions at the time, the more intense her emotions, the stronger her spells. The downside to Soulflame is that it requires large amounts of control, something Naomi does not have at this point in time. Because of this, she may ignite her claymore pr hands when she does not intend to, and even burn allies unintentionally. Because she is also using fury to help power her Soulflame, it is not at the peak of power it could reach. Rage is, despite what she may think, not the most empowering emotion, and that is something she'll have to learn over time. The Soulflame is mainly represetned by the elements of fire and light. It is weak to the elements of water, gravity, and earth, but is strong against ice, nature/plant-type magics, is incredibly effective against undead type enemies, and is both strong against and strengthened by wind or air type magics.
- Spell List:
- -Burning Weapon: The Burning Weapon spell is Naomi's first and most used Soulflame spell, and requires little emotional intensity to use. It allows her to ignite any weapon she is carrying, even her fists or feet, surrounding it in white flames. The weapons is, obviously, stronger when used with this spell active, but the strength depends on her emotions at that particular time. If her emotions are particularly strong when she uses this spell, she may even be able to cut through strong substances such as steel.
- -Flame Wave: Using her Burning Weapon, Naomi can slash forwards, releasing a wave of white flame that acts as a ranged attack, the power of which depends on the intensity of her emotions. To use this spell, she needs a slightly higher emotional intensity than Burning Blade.LOCKED
- -Spontaneous Combustion: By focusing on an enemy, Naomi can cause it to burst into flames, doing damage over a period of time. How much damage the spell does and how long it lasts depends on the intensity of her emotions at the time of casting the spell. LOCKED
- -Spirit Burn: Spirit Burn uses excess energy to create a defensive aura of white flames around Naomi, causing anyone who touches her to be burned, including allies. The intensity needed to activate this spell is medium. LOCKED
- -Soul Blast: Naomi creates an explosion of energy in a small area around her, doing a high amount of damage to anyone caught in the blast. To use this spell, Naomi needs a high amount of emotional intensity. LOCKED
- -Berserker Soul: The most powerful Soulflame spell, Berserker Soul forces Naomi into an uncontrollable, extremely emotional state., generally focusing on the single emotion that is strongest in Naomi in that moment. In this state, she continually flies forwards, slamming her claymore against the ground at a rapid rate, creating shockwaves ringed by white fire. She moves at high speeds, and although it is hard for her to do so, is capable of turning in a different direction. At the end of this long attack, she leaps high into the air and throws her sword into the ground, releasing a much larger shockwave than the previous ones, and more powerful. However, this will leave her without her weapon until she can get it back. When using this attack, her eyes are glowing with white flames that stream behind her when she moves.LOCKED
- Abilities:
- Naomi knows some basic combat skills, due to having gotten into many fights, and therefore has a rough-and-tumble style, not afraid to rely on dirty tactics. She has also spent much of her time exercising, having found it a good outlet for her anger, and is therefore more muscular and strong for her age.
- Appearance:
- Naomi is Japanese in ethnicity, with a pale skin tone and high cheek bones. Her eyes are a dark amber. Her hair is a very dark black, and cut somewhat short in the back in an uneven bob cut, reaching down to her lower face. However, it is long in the front, enough so that a section parted to the side entirely covers her left eye, and has purple highlights near the bottom. She has several piercings; one ring in her right eyebrow, another ring in the bottom lip on the right side, two more another on the upper side of her ear, a stud in her nose, one in her navel. Around her neck is a black ribbon choker, attached to which is a circular pendant, adorned with an upside down happy face. She wears black lipstick, which oddly never seems to smudge at all. Her overall body type is thin, but muscular, and otherwise average.
- She wears a black, unzipped hoodie, the purple hood of which she usually keeps up, and has a purple stripe across the front. The arms of the hoodie are generally pushed up to the upper forearms. She has a grey fingerless glove and a plastic purple band on her left hand and wrist, a spiked wristband on the other, and wears black nail polish. Under the hoodie she wears a black tank top, which reveals some midriff about halfway up her stomach and her navel piercing. She wears a studded belt loosely around he waist, which has a circular belt buckle, a picture of a skull inside of a heart with wings in the center, attached. Her black, "fashionably" torn jeans are tight, but not too restricting, and she has knee-high black boots that are kept tight by laces that go down to the ankles. Her claymore is kept in an ornate scabbard, which is black with purple filigree in the shape of thorns, and is strapped to her back.
- Weapons:
- A large double-edged longsword, identified as a claymore by the crossguard being bent towards the blade, that Naomi gained upon completion of her Awakening. The pommel is disc-shaped, the faint outline of a heart inscribed on it, the grip is made of black leather, and the crossguard's edges end in quatrefoils. Overall, the sword is plainly decorated, with the uniform metallic silver coloring.
- Using her Soulflame spell Burning Blade, Naomi can ignite the claymore and strengthen it, even allowing it to be able to cut through strong substances such as steel if the Soulflame is strong enough.
- Equipment:
- None.
- History:
- Naomi was, for much of her life, a normal child. Her family was in the upper middle class, so she and her sisters were able to enjoy luxuries that some could not, but they did not live an overly extravagant lifestyle. One of those luxuries that they could afford was a jet ski, one that they often rode out on ocean close to their home. Naomi was fourteen when her parents finally considered her experienced enough to ride the watercraft on her own, although they would normally not allow her to ride it without them watching, or with a passenger.
- However, she didn’t listen entirely to her parents. Naomi enjoyed riding the jet ski so much that she would take it out whenever she could get away with it. One day, though, her two much younger sisters caught her sneaking out with the personal watercraft when their parents weren’t home. She was forced to buy their silence by offering them rides on the jet ski when she went out with it. The two agreed, and went with her on several rides. Even though she considered herself a master in handling the machine, fate would soon prove otherwise.
- Days passed without incident. The siblings’ parents never discovered their secret outings, and the childish deal kept Naomi’s sisters from telling them. One day, though, disaster struck. It started out like any other. Naomi and her sisters were out riding the jet ski on the ocean. She only ever allowed a single passenger at a time, knowing that allowing three riders at a time was risky. However, her sisters demanded that she let both of them ride with her at once, threatening to tell their parents if Naomi didn’t do as they asked. Relenting, she allowed both of them to ride with her. Their combined weight caused the watercraft to careen out of control, and the machine flipped, crashing into the nearby docks. The crash was noticed by others, and the three were rushed to the hospital. Naomi survived, albeit with a concussion. Her sisters were not so lucky. One died almost immediately, while the other was in intensive care for hours before she died as well.
- The family was, of course, devastated by the deaths of two of their children. Not only did Naomi blame herself for the accident, but she felt that her parents also blamed her, despite them telling her otherwise multiple times. The accident also caused her to develop aquaphobia, an intense fear of water.
- The tragedy began to tear the family apart. Naomi continued to withdraw from her family, her friends, and everything that could be considered important. Her grades plummeted, and she acted out, becoming aggressive towards others and rebelling against any and all types of authority. She got multiple piercings despite her parents forbidding her from doing so, going to wild parties, drinking alcohol underage, every act seemingly designed to aggravate her parents further. Eventually, after three of this attitude, Naomi’s aggressive and rebellious behavior caused her to be expelled form her school. This was the final straw for her parents, who had been dealing with their own grief. At seventeen, she was kicked out of her home.
- Taking little more than the clothes she had been wearing at the time, Naomi left, and later crashed at the home of one of her only remaining friends, who had graduate from high school and was living on her own. One of the first things Naomi did, naturally, was rifle through her friend’s collection of video games, and discovered a copy of Kingdom Hearts. Remembering that she used to be an avid fan of Disney movies when she was younger, Naomi decided to give it a try, and booted up the game.
- Immediately, a bright light shone from her friends’ television, and Naomi disappeared from the real world.
- She awoke in a strange place, full of platforms covered in stained glass and surrounded by darkness. She made her way through, answering the weird questions that were asked, and fighting the dark creatures that attacked her. Eventually, a massive version of the monsters she had fought appeared. She was barely successful in defeating it, and once more fell unconscious.
- Naomi woke up once more in what she would later learn was a world called Radiant Garden, from that game she had been playing before. She was now an Interference, and was determined to make a new life for herself.
- Eventually obtaining a Gummi Ship of her own, Naomi traveled the worlds, meeting several Interferences along the way. Among the first she met was Spencer Parker, whose attitude she hated to no end. She also met Azumi Ian and Kalas in Atlantica, who she helped fend off the shark that attacked them. She continues onwards, still new to being an Interference, continuing to make herself stronger.
- Hobbies:
- Reading, breakdancing, and collecting stuffed animals (although she'll never admit it).
