  1. [20:30] There's a blink, and then another as the door slowly, slowly drifts close behind them all the while. He wouldn't particularly say much before waddling into his own room-- couple, longer moments or perhaps a minute of rummaging through the storage inside, there's only a tiny stack of darkened fabric that finds itself nestled into his arms once the young Magus finally steps outside.
  2.
  3. A soft hum, and so the clothing is settled down across the table there, and...
  4.
  5. "That attack on Salthiel a couple months back-- fourth time Vampire-aligned folks went about, hunting around our outskirts." it's finally mumbled outwards, and he'd shift a single, brief glance in the other ice mage's direction all the same, "Almost took his sight away-- almost."
  6.
  7. Another, small pause.
  8.
  9. "Dawn's leadership made public announcements a couple weeks back-- stating that their patrols will be hugging the caverns and swamps, hunting any and every Huagzhou or Gehennan allied citizen, or warrior. Even if innocent."
  10.
  11. Coming to a brief halt, he'd only step a little bit closer, arms tucked underneath that cloak as his weight merely shifts from one foot to another.
  12.
  13. "It's been that way for years now-- and whether Huagzhou thinks it's strategical, or diplomatic is beyond me-- but they chose to remain passive. Last time around, Conrad died during the attack and another got injured... no changes but--"
  14.
  15. "Someone I look up to once mentioned a charming, little thing that I repeat quite often; he said that terror is the only thing to grow on idleness. He also said that sometimes drastic actions are taken without being by those who are officially put in charge of things. But, see--- terror works both ways."
  16.
  17. Ah, well.
  18.
  19. "If there's someone to punish them-- someone who'd let them know that every time they try to take an eye, theirs will be taken, too-- that, and much worse. Terror can be inflicted either way, and fear can bring about passiveness-- or, at least, destruction. Is terrorizing those who hurt others a bad thing? Leaving them in agony a bad thing?"
  20.
  21. There's a quick halt, and he'd glance in Salthiel's direction before reaching out to grasp along the very same, soft fabric of black, sliding it over and-- certainly, there are a couple masks underneath, and the darkened clothings only appear to be cloaks, if anything.
  22.
  23. "Can't say for sure, honestly-- but it'll help get rid of what should be gotten rid of. This is something I've been thinking about ever since I met Angelo-- they don't need individual faces to fear, but a single one spread over many figures. We don't need to do anything, we're just citizens, but... at the same time, strong mages, too- and young, with time on our hand. Either try to make an impact, or live a plain life, and die knowing you sat on your ass and didn't do jack for anyone."
  24.
  25. Finally, gaze finds itself settled upon Bai.
  26.
  27. "Starting with three of us, I want to unite individuals under a single name-- a single code, which serves to bring terror to those who should be punished, to eliminate those who need to go. A group that actively hunts down the arrogance which believes they can hurt, kill others and get away with it. One that actively inflicts fear into those aligned to chaos. I know Salthiel will follow along- whether it's his desire to help others guiding him, or his sense of justice. Will you help me, Bai? You're usually passive-- but at the end, you're strong. You can make an impact-- will you stick through?"
  28. (Zeriel Heifang)
  29. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  30.
  31. [20:36] The youth, unfortunately, kept his eyes close though he listened to every word by the Heifang with sharp ears.
  32.
  33. With all due respect, he said none, and his features hardly determined by its apathy. However, as the older ice magi asserted that he would follow along, hinting his sense of justice and morality, only a light nod was offered in return.
  34.
  35. "An eye for an eye," whispered Salthiel under his breath, soft features remaining stoic as he awaited for Bai's decision.
  36. (Salthiel)
  37. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  38.
  39. [20:43] Fingers tapped the table, throughout the entire conversation...A smile was held, the usual one, his nigh-changing look. They listened intently, speaking no interruptions all the while at the entire speech. In fact with a simple reach they took hold of the black fabric, before looking it over alongside the masks.
  40.
  41. "You call me passive, and talk about how sitting on ones ass could be bad." They stopped, fingers slowly curling into a fist, where a rather brutal sound of something tightening could be heard. Their fist then loosened, fingers unfurling outwards, showing that his palm had small holes stabbed into it by his fingernails and the entire area was bruising.
  42.
  43. Nothing was said about the small self-inflicted injury, but their eyes stared into Zeriel's, "But I'd rather live a peaceful life, with you, Ban, Yui, Ter...And Sal here."
  44.
  45. "But those Vampires think they 'can' touch those that I care for? That the ones I care for, care for? I'll take their throat." It was dark, much darker then how Bai normally ever spoke, something triggered by the fact Salthiel had his sight almost taken.
  46.
  47. "Plus, I'm stronger then both of you...So of course I'll come with, I've got to be a chaperone after all." A sickly cackle was given, crude and filled with no glee to speak of.
  48. (Bai Long)
  49. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  50.
  51. [21:09] Head tilts over to the side, and he'd remain quiet for most parts as Bai spoke, listening and not uttering a single word-- even as the older man would slightly bruise his own skin, breaking it.
  52.
  53. His lips do curl just the softest bits afterwards, though, and he'd only offer a tiny, little nod in Bai's direction all the while.
  54.
  55. "Alright, that'd settle it, then-- they need to know, before anything else. No target in particular... but if can manage to ambush someone-- or several today. Those who'd let their charming, adorable friends know of our presence..."
  56.
  57. There's a pause, and slowly would he reach out, grasping along the soft, blackened fabric and tossing the cloak around his own form all the while. Little words are spared before the mask finds his features as well.
  58.
  59. "As you always said, Salthiel. Make them experience the terror, and fear-- of being hunted relentlessly."
  60.
  61. Little escapes him before he'd slip that hood on, and glance about for just a moment.
  62.
  63. "Put these on, we'll try the cavern and outskirts-- wherever we can find them."
  64. (Zeriel Heifang)
  65. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  66.
  67. [21:16] Salthiel says, "Of course."
  68. [21:17] Bai Long says, "Sal."
  69. [21:17] Salthiel says, "Sir Ba--"
  70. [21:17] Salthiel says, "Ah."
  71. [21:17] Bai Long says, "Keep this on you."
  72. [21:17] {Item} You picked up Escape Bomb. Dropped by Bai Long. .
  73. [21:17] Bai Long says, "It wont help with your mage legs, but yeah."
  74. [21:18] Salthiel says, "Thank you very much."
  75. [21:22] With a escape bomb in hand, they began tossing it up and down, smiling while juggling it in the weak way they did. However out of slight boredom, they stopped, putting it away and looking at the other two in the room, "Alright...So let me introduce to you two, my epitome of Alchemy so far."
  76.
  77. A vial was VERY gently put onto the table, as if it would shatter at the slightest wind.
  78.
  79. "This is a truth potion...Whoever drinks it, HAS to speak the truth." They tend, before anything could happen to it, stuffed it into their pockets, "It is also 'extremely' valuable, because of what it is."
  80. (Bai Long)
  81. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  82.
  83. [21:24] An androgynous voice escaped one of the trio in the room, inquiring about the delicacy of the potion.
  84.
  85. "How powerful is it?"
  86. (Salthiel)
  87. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  88.
  89. [21:24] Bai Long says, "It only lasts for about an hour."
  90. [21:24] Bai Long says, "And if they choose not to speak...They do not have to."
  91. [21:25] Bai Long says, "But that is easily changed with a certain collar."
  92. [21:28] Salthiel says, "Aha- I see."
  93. [21:53] Bai Long says, "Alright...We've dawdled too long."
  94. [21:53] Bai Long says, "Lets get moving."
  95. [21:54] Salthiel says, "Let's go."
