Satellite Girl's POV

	"So where do we go from here?", I ask Michael Drayran.

	"I was thinking we'd head for Neo Domino City. I have friends there that I want to join our team", Michael decides. He leads me to his house, which is a two-story building out in the country. Once we arrive, he walks into his garage. I hear a motor revving and Michael comes out of the garage driving what looks like a souped-up motorcycle.

	"Its a Duel Runner. People in Neo Domino City play Duel Monsters while riding around on Duel Runners. There's no point in us going there and not bringing mine", Michael explains. My boyfriend had taught about the Duel Monsters card game and I'd learned to play it. Now I'm wondering if I should get myself one of these Duel Runners too. Michael and I ride to Neo Domino City on the Duel Runner. Soon after we arrive, a man on a bright red Duel Runner drives up to us.

	"Hey, Yusei!" Michael yells. The man stops his Duel Runner and gets up. He's wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans.

	"What brings you and this charming young lady to Neo Domino City?", Yusei asks Michael.

	"We're building a team of Digidestined and I thought the twins might wanna join", Michael explains. We follow Yusei out into the area of New Domino City where he and his friends live. Michael walks over to a young boy and girl with identical turquoise hair. the boy is wearing a white shirt and shorts whiel the girl, obviously his sister, is wearing a pink shirt and shorts. Michael hands each of them a digivice. The boy seems excited to receive his digivice. The three of them walk over to me.

	"Satellite Girl, these are my friends Leo and Luna", Michael introduces the twins to me. Leo rushes outside and decides to digivolve right away. A Digi-Gate opens up overhead and a clown-like Digimon with sheathed swords across his back in a red-orange jester outfit emerges from it.

	"Leo digivolve to...Guardromon. Guardromon digivolve to...Andromon. Andromon digivolve to...Machinedramon", Leo yells as he Digivolves three times in a row. his first digivolved form, Guardromon looks like a bulky bronze robot. Andromon is a skinnier silver-colored robot form that has fleshy parts on its legs. Machinedramon looks like a big silver-colored metal dragon and has two big cannons attached to its shoulders. The clown Digimon leaps down and lands behind Machinedramon.

	"That's Piedmon, he's a mega-level Digimon just like Machinedramon", Michael explains, "A long time ago, there was a Piedmon and Machinedramon that took over the digital world alongside two other mega-level Digimon called MetalSeadramon and Puppetmon. They were called the "Dark Masters".

	"You may have defeated VenomMyotismon, but he was nothing compared to me", Piedmon declares.

	"Wanna bet?", Machinedramon taunts, "Giga Cannon!". He points on of his shoulder cannons at Piedmon and prepares to fire.

	"Clown Trick!", Piedmon yells and hits Machinedramon with a dark energy blast. Machinedramon begins acting all weird and starts firing cannon blasts everywhere.


Michael's POV

	"Leo, calm down" I yell. Yusei also yells at Leo to calm down.

	"He's out of control", Satellite Girl yells, "That clown dude must've done something to him with that dark energy blast". Luna is acting completely scared. She is curled up and shivering, with her digivice clasped in her hand.

	"Luna, you've got to digivolve and stop your brother", I insist.

	"What if that clown guy corrupts my digivolved form too?", Luna wonders, "Besides, I don't wanna fight my own brother". I walk over to Satellite Girl.

	"Looks like its up to us to digivolve and save the day", I remark. Before we can do anything, Piedmon conjures two hoops of dark energy and ensnares both of us. Neither of us can move or reach our Digivices. MachineDramon continues rampaging around and shooting off cannon blasts. I see one of them strike a skyscraper, which starts to fall over. A blonde-haired man on a Duel Runner shaped like a big silver wheel zooms towards the falling building. Another cannon blast hits the road nearby, causing the man's duel runner to careen out of control. As I watch, still trapped in Piedmon's dark energy hoop, the man is thrown off his Duel Runner and disappears as the building collapses on top of him.

	"Jack Atlas just wrecked his Duel Runner", I yell out, "He's trapped in the rubble of that building that collapsed". Yusei's friend Crow Hogan, a red-haired man on a black Duel Runner that has wing attachments, flies over to the collapsed building and begins trying to dig Jack out of the rubble". Upon hearing that Jack crashed, Luna finally stands up and walks over to Machinedramon.

	"Luna digivolve to...Kazemon. Kazemon digivolve to...Angewoman. Angewomon digivolve to...Valkyrimon", she yells. Her first digivolved form, Kazemon, looks like a fairy in a skimpy pink outfit with a visor over her eyes and purple hair. Her ultimate form, Angewomon, is a blonde-haired angel in a white and pink outfit. her Mega form, Valkrimon, is covered in white and gold armor and has feathery white wings. Valkyrimon blasts Piedmon with a white energy blast, sending him flying.

	"Valkyrie's Light", She yells. She repeats the attack on Machinedramon, but instead of blasting him into the distance, it makes Machinedramon stop firing his cannons and calm down.

	"What happened?", Machinedramon asks.

	"I think Piedmon was controlling you, or at least he was trying to", Valkrimon explains. Leo and Luna de-digivolve. Yusei and Crow dig Jack Atlas out of the rubble. Fortunately, he's still breathing. The two of them rush Jack to the hospital. I decide to spend the night at Yusei's place and decide where to go next in the morning.

	In my dream, I see a man with spiky yellow and purple hair walking towards me. he is wearing gold and purple clothing and armor that looks like something an ancient egyptian pharaoh would wear.

	"I am Pharaoh Atem", the man introduces himself, "I came to you because you are seeking people for a team of heroes, and I wanted to recommend my friend Yugi Moto for your team. Come to Egypt and I will introduce you to him". Pharaoh Atem vanishes.

	I awake with a start to find it is morning. Satellite Girl is still asleep. In the living room, I find Leo and Luna chatting with a grey-haired boy in a blue uniform and a blonde-haired girl in a pink dress and grey shorts. The twins notice me entering the room.

	"These are our friends Lag Seeing and Niche", Leo explains, "We thought they might be good additions to our Digidestined team". I give Lag and Niche each a Digivice.

	"So where do we go from here?", Luna asks, as Satellite Girl walks into the room.

	"We're heading to Egypt", I declare, and then tell everyone about seeing Pharaoh Atem in my dream. The twins explain that Yusei and Crow are staying with Jack in the hospital. They know that the twins will be travelling with us. After a quick breakfast, the six of us depart for Egypt.


Niche's POV

	Lag and I have heard tales of Digimon and Digidestined during our travels. Lag is what is called a "Letter Bee", a type of mailperson. I am his "Dingo", or protector, while he travels about delivering letters. When Lag got a call from his friends Leo and Luna saying that someone was recruiting people to join a Digidestined team, I convinced Lag that we should travel to Neo Domino city and offer to join the team. Now the six of us are en route to Egypt so Michael can meet up with some pharaoh about another possible new recruit.

	When we arrive in Egypt, the pharaoh appears again and this time we all can see him. He's transparent like a ghost. Pharaoh Atem leads us to a building deep in a valley that seems to have collapsed.

	"This is where I had my final duel against Yugi", Atem explains, "Buried in the rubble of this temple are seven items that will help you find who you are looking for". Michael digivolves to Dragoniamon and begins digging through the rubble. I decide to help him dig.

	"Niche digivolve to...Dragoniawomon", I yell. My digivolved form is basically a female version of what Michael digivolved into. The two of us dig down into the temple into we find ourselves in a room with a big hole in the floor. Everyone else climbs down in through the opening we made.

	"The items will be down at the bottom of that big hole", Atem points out. Michael and I fly down into the hole, dig through more rubble, and uncover seven items made of gold: a ring which looks somewhat like a dreamcatcher, a rod, a necklace, an eyeball, an ankh-shaped key, a set of old-fashioned scales, and an upside-down pyramid pendant.

	"Millennium Ring, Millennium Rod, Millennium Necklace, Millennium Eye, Millennium Key, Millennium Scales, and Millennium Puzzle", Atem names off.

	"So what do we do with these Millennium Items?", Michael asks.

	"Use them to open a time warp. You'll need to go back in time a ways to meet Yugi", Atem explains. The Pharaoh vanishes, leaving behind three Duel Monsters cards: Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, and The Winged Dragon of Ra. I help myself to The Winged Dragon of Ra, as it reminds me of Maka. I am a child of Maka, a dragon god worshiped in the country that Lag and I are from. Lag takes Obelisk, and Michael takes Slifer. Michael places the seven millennium items together. When we hold out the Egyptian God Cards, the Millennium items begin to glow and a portal opens. Michael hands Slifer to Leo, tells us he hopes to return with Yugi shortly ,and leaps into the portal.


Michael's POV

	As I travel further and further back in time, I see scenes of a duelist named Jaden Yuki fighting various evil forces. I know that his era in time comes after Yugi's. As I approach Yugi's era in time, I hear a voice behind me. Jaden Yuki has somehow ended up in the time stream with me.

	"Mind if I come visit Yugi with you?", Jaden asks. Before I can respond, I realize we have gone back to before Yugi's era. A scene of what appears to be an ancient Egyptian version of Jaden appears, and Jaden drags me into it before I can say anything.


Niche's POV

	As we wait for Michael to return, I hear a voice coming from right outside the temple.

	"I know you're in there. Come on out so I can destroy you", the voice taunts. Leo and Luna recognize the voice and tell Lag and me that it is Piedmon, an evil Digimon who attacked them in Neo Domino City.

	"I'm gonna go find Michael and let him know Piedmon is back", Satellite Girl explains, right before jumping into the time portal. The rest of us head outside to confront Piedmom.

	"Dragoniawoman Digivolve to...Wyvermon. Wyvermon digivolve to...Makadramon", I yell as I digivolve twice more. Wyvermon has four tails and is covered in white and yellow fur. Makadramon looks like a huge golden dragon, a fitting Mega form for a child of Maka. Leo and Luna are hesitant to Digivolve after what happened in Neo Domino City, so they decide to sit out this battle.

	"Lag Digivolve to...Stingmon. Stingmon Digivolve to...Dinobeemon. Dinobeemon Digivolve to...MagnaKabuterimon", Lag yells as he Digivolves thrice. Stingmon looks like a big humanoid wasp in green armor. Dinobeemon looks like a cross between a T-rex and a Bee, and is green and blue in color. MagnaKabuterimon is a giant beetle in golden armor. The two of us attack Piedmon together. Piedmon manages to sneak around us and take Leo hostage.

	"Attack me and you'll seriously injure your little friend here", Piedmon teases. As he laughs maniacally, I hear the sound of a motor approaching us. I figure Yusei has come to join the fight, but when I turn around the vehicle I see isn't a Duel Runner at all. its a go-kart made of candy being driven by a little girl with black hair in a green hoodie and brown miniskirt. I recognize her as a friend of Leo's and Luna's.

	"I shoulda figured SHE would show up right when Leo is in danger", I remark.


Vanellope Von Schweetz's POV

	That Leo is a fool if he thinks he's gonna go off monster-slaying without me. Fact of the matter is, I wouldn't be in the real world if it wasn't for Leo. He and his twin sister would come play my video game, Sugar Rush Speedway, at the Litwak's Arcade in Neo Domino City. Leo developed a crush on me, so he used his Signer Powers to bring me out of my world and into the real world. He also ended up bringing my friends Wreck-It Ralph, Fix-It Felix Jr., Sergeant Calhoun, and Taffyta Muttonfudge. Luna and Taffyta are BFFs and all of us video game characters formed our own Turbo Duel team. Anyway, when I found out that Leo and Luna joined a team of Digidestined, a term that seems to mean "monster-slayers", I rushed right off to Egypt to join in on the fun.

	"Vanellope Digivolve to...Vanilladramon. Vanilladramon Digivolve to...CandyGreymon. CandyGreymon Digivolve to...Sweetmon", I yell as I Digivolve thrice. Vanilladramon is a dragon covered in cream-colored fur. CandyGreymon is a dinosaur made out of candy. Sweetmon is a humanoid being in rainbow-colored armor that appears to be made of hard candy. I attack Piedmon and grab Leo away from him. Before Piedmon can recover, Makadramon, MagnaKabuterimon, and I attack him together and he explodes into pieces. With Piedmon defeated, We de-digivolve and head down into the temple to see if Michael and Satellite Girl made it back yet. We see no sign of them, and the time warp has closed.

	"We need to get that portal open again or those two will be trapped in the past", I insist

	"Michael opened it the first time by doing something with the Millennium items, but I don't know what he did", Luna adds.

	"Not to worry", Leo declares, "I know a guy who can help".


Michael's POV

	We find ourselves in what appears to be ancient Egypt.

	"Yugi's friend Pharaoh Atem should be around here somewhere", Jaden remarks.

	"Atem's reign as Pharoah ended 10 years ago", another voice reveals. Jaden and I turn around to see another Jaden, but this one is wearing an ancient Egyptian tunic.

	"My name is Jada", the Egyptian Jaden counterpart explains, "I take it you two are time travelers, seeing as one of you looks like a future version of me. A future version of Atem visited Atem's palace at one point, so we're no stranger to time travelers from the future showing up". I notice we landed in a small village. The pharaoh's palace is off in the distance.
