  1. Why bother having clots grab in the first place if the game assists you in getting rid of them?
  2.
  3. All this does is remove one of their most subtle strengths, when they show up out of nowhere and trap you for a bigger enemy. I don't even care if this is something that only features in easier difficulties and I'm just saying that in the hopes it's not in later ones. This doesn't help newbs or any player out at all. On the surface level it forces you to rely on the game and that's only if the intention was to mediate situations where clots trap you. Beyond that superficial feature, it takes away all control from you, almost the same way a qte would work. Press M1 to get rid of a clot that's snared you.

  5. What if you were one shot away from taking down the FP or scrake and the clot moving your camera just fucked it up? And before anyone says that creates an added difficulty, that is still something the player is supposed to decide, prioritizing enemies. The player is supposed to be vigilant for surprise attacks, clots or not. Did they back this up by saying the clot has the magic power to turn you around? What sense would that make? Wouldn't the creature benefit from the player not seeing it right away even after it has grabbed it? Nothing about this makes sense, whether it was meant to benefit or alternatively fuck up the player.

  7. What the fuck was TWI thinking?
