Trashy tv is life

Covet: Tae was sitting on the couch watching Trash teen drama shows on TV while she ate out of the styrofoam cup that had her Pho in it. She was sipping on the brother and holding it close to her mouth all decked out with it's veggies and noodles and such.
Alexithymiaa: -Noah rode his bike up the driveway, jumping off of it when he reached the garage and letting it fall over into the grass. Hitching his backpack on his back, he turned and walked toward the front door, pushing it open aand setting inside. Hearing the tv and seeing the back of Tae's head, he paused by the stairs for a moment before continuing forward. "What're you watching?"-
Covet: Tae looked at him then back at the screen. "Um... teenage trash TV." She said speaking softly, then turned back to look at the TV. "You can change it if you want though."
Alexithymiaa: "Why would I? Trash tv is hilarious." He said on his way into the kitchen, pulling a can of soda from the fridge before heading back over into the living room to drop down onto the couch. "Anyone get slapped yet?"-
Covet: "No, but Two of the girls have cried, over the same guy." Tae said flatly. Still eating more of her soup, lifting some of the noodles up to her mouth with chopsticks. "Oh, and One of the guys is secretly in love with his best friend. Who's a dude. It's kind of sweet."
Alexithymiaa: "Typical." He said unamused, clearly watching waay too much of this with his sister so this was generic trash to him. "Needs cat fights where they scream at each other in the middle of a club and everyones staring, but the music is too loud for the people around them to actually heaar whaat the argument is about so it's pretty much just a bunch of dramatic irony as you watch the faces of people in the background."-
Covet: "Yeah, at least then it'd be exicting." Tae said as she set her soup down on the coffee table. She bit the inside of her cheek, then realized she needed to get her meds taken as well. Getting up she made her way to her room to go get the pill bottles, and poured out what she needed before recapping them. and making her way out to go get a water out from the fridge. "Did I miss anything?" She asked popping her hand up to her mouth to swallow the pills.
Alexithymiaa: "Oh it's hilarious. My sister loves this garbage. I think she's seen every series of this stuff." He said as he leaned back in the cushions and took a sip of his soda. "Not really. They still haaven't hit each other."-
Covet: "I'd rather watch Reality TV over this shit, but eh, this was what was on." Tae said with a shake of her head. She pulled a blanket that had been wadded up on the end of the couch up around herself as she laid down on one of the big pillows, waiting for the pain pills to kick in. "How are you feeling?"
Alexithymiaa: -He shrugged his shoulders. "Tis just a flesh wound." He said in an even tone, keeping his eyes on the tv. "Better though. Whaat about you?"-
Covet: "I guess I'm doing okay. My dance class hasn't been as good as it could be, but it's hard to dance with my ribs being all messed up right now." Tae said with a shrug.
Alexithymiaa: "I think that's understandable. I wouldnt really expect it to be going well considering the circumstances." He said as he finished his soda, leaning forward to set the empty can on the table.-
Covet: "Yeah. I just wish I didn't have to worry about it at all.. or that it was better already. Something." Tae said. "I get looks when I'm just sitting around while the rest of the class is working on the routines."
Alexithymiaa: "So? Fuck them. They don't know you or your situation so they don't get to give you looks. At least you showw up and be present even when you can't fully participate."-
Covet: "It's.. not that easy." Tae said. " I mean. Yeah I'm still there, but some of them look like they pity me and others look like I deserve it. It's so mixxed and it just makes me feel awkward."
Alexithymiaa: "Why would they think you deserve it? That's a shitty thing to say." He fell into silence, pouting a bit to himself because he didnt like the idea of that. "Who are these people, even?"-
Covet: "Because girls are bitches... especially to each other." Tae said , "Just other classmen. It's not that big of a deal, just frustrating. For all I know, they knew Drew too or something."
Alexithymiaa: "Then they shouldn't think you deserved shit. That doesnt make any sense." He turned his head to look over at her. "Fuck them. When you're feeling better, you're going to dance circles around them."-
Covet: "Yeah, thanks." She said turning her head on the pillow. "I'm not that worried, it's just more annoying than anything."
Alexithymiaa: "Just ignore them. I know annoying is hard to ignore sometimes, but they say you can do anything if you put your mind to it, right?" He asked with a grin.-
Covet: "That's what I have been doing, so far at least." Tae looked over at him."You sound like an inspirational poster... Stop it.. it looks and sounds weird on you."
Alexithymiaa: "It's supposed to be ironic." He said as he kicked his feet up to relax on the couch in front of him. "So.... out of curiosity, how good are you on skates?"-
Covet: "Roller skates or Ice skates?" Tae asked him, looking over at him, raising her eyebrow at him.
Alexithymiaa: "Either?" He asked with a shrug. "Considering the weather though, probably ice skates."-
Covet: "Well I suck on both, so I guess it doesn't really matter." Tae said with a laugh.
Alexithymiaa: "Well we have a game this Saturday. If you want to come by, you can skate around afterwards once the ice is clear. Maybe you can practice so you don't eat shit when I'm skating circles around you."-
Covet: "Oh, yeah I could do that... I think... Hopefully it won't hurt too bad." Tae said, "You're going to be there too right? Cause I might need help, or like, a rail? Do you guys have rails?"
Alexithymiaa: "No, I'm going to play the game and invite you and then just leave you there." He said with a roll of his eyes. "No. There are no rails. Just walls around the rink. You don't need a rail, you'll be fine."-
Covet: "Okay, well then are you going to hold my hands? because I don't want to fall and hurt myself anymore than I already am right now.
Covet: *" Tae told him.
Alexithymiaa: "I'll spot you, but you're not holding onto me. You're never going to learn how to get your balance if you just lean on me the whole time. Trust me, I used to teach little kids how to skate all the time. I'm a pro at this."-
Covet: "I won't do it all the time, just for starting out." Tae said totally lying because she wasn't going to let go of him regardless because falling hurts man.
Alexithymiaa: "The point is to start off strong. You'll be fine." He pushed up from the couch, having no intentions of tossing out his empty soda can and instead opted to leave it on the coffee table. His mother would have a heart attack. "Are you going to bed?"-
Covet: "I don't know. I think I'm just goingt o stay out here and keep watching TV. I have an alarm set on my phone." She said with a shrug. "If I don't pass out I'll make it to bed eventually.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhhh... okay. Well Im going to bed because I have Stats in the morning so.... yeah." He said, giving her a wave and venturing off into his bedroom to get naked and sleep.-
