GCN DDD Item Boxes Suggestion

- 1st set: remain the same
- 2nd set: right after the big dino in the squiggly cave
- Set 2.5: if you don’t take the small bridge which is faster, there are 3 item boxes on the left bridge path
- 3rd set: right after the shroom shortcut in the cave, add a 3rd box
- 4th set: on the ramps exiting the cave
- 5th set: right before the last turn when you land from the ramp before the turn  this item distribution makes it less clustered when getting an item box
