  14. I have good SEO authors, I can build good backlinks and I'm able to find decent expired domains. In this way I can build LAWYERCITY.COM type blog with a guide + some articles. Some gmb, citations and with minimum investment I think I can outrank first websites (90% they are famous directories: authoritative but too general).

  16. Do some average-priced businesses (lawyers, veterinarians, dietician, plumbers, etc) have an interest in RENTING space on my site? I've read a lot about rank and rent model, but I have many questions.

  18. - Does the rank and rent method "still work" and... what do we rent? A redirect? A popup of client's business card? A space to fill with the client's banner? In this case, do we rent exclusively (1 site = 1 client) or do we put more banners on a page (first dentist in town, second dentist in town?)
  19. - What wordpress layouts do you build? single page blog?
  20. - Rank and rent gives the client visibility for a specific kw: "lawyer new york" for example... and we know that this IS NOT a lead. Why should the client rent our site and not invest the same money in advertising?
  21. - How to quote the value of a rental for a month of a website that ranks #1?
  22. - What's the way to build a long term business model renting multiple websites? i.e. 90$/month from ONE website (targeting one kw) and run 10 of them? (10k in a year)

  24. My problem is not to network and call potential customers but
  25. a) understand if there is a market for this business model (to me it seems a no-sense, more like a vanity: "hey look, I'm on the front page at #1". BUT THIS it's not the same as closing sales!)
  26. b) which are the best practices, examples of websites, workflow etc.
