  40. As for the ritual related to the egregore that's being summoned:
  41. >Stabilize yourself, ground yourself, concentrate, you know.
  42. >Tie your electricity/energy/vril (i recommend feeling the energy as electricity but you can do whatever)
  43. >Stabilize the energy in the area you need it
  44. >Be aware of the area in which you have the intention to change. Have your intention in mind, if you can "will" without inner monologue, even better.

  46. After you stabilize this intention for a few minutes, ritual is over, for the morning, you can repeat this small meditation. Many times.

  48. For the final meditation of your day, preferably as SATS or right as you fall asleep - make use of the superconscious effortlessly. Ground yourself even more, tire yourself out. If you can add something physical to your spiritual, better so. You will grab all of the "stored up" energy and make it go as effortlessly as possible to that area. Or just have that area in mind, and let the energy flow in the form of attention. Shut the inner monologue (though not necessary useful if you're doubting). Compress the energy, move it from the rest of your body to 2 areas, your hands and the area your intention is focused in. Now, finally, why would you use the egregore? It's for this part.

  50. Give a small zap of electiricty, or if you can give an orb, better, as a "comission" (don't tie anything emotional to it). Then the energy in your body will be the same, you're not using nobody's energy. But, it will be amplified, meaning, you're gonna use all that you have in that moment right as you go to sleep to focus in the area. So, you "transact" a small amount of energy to the egregore, then amplify the voltage while having the same consumption, so the amount of energy in the system (you) hasn't changed, but it's output has. If you don't want to use the egregore and think you can do it yourself - go on. But we do not aim for pipsqueak results.
