(2)Quit CS5 if it opens after launch
(3)Edit your Host's file to block "home calls" in CS5:

dscacheutil -flushcache
(4)Open CS5 and click on the help menu and select "Deactivate?*"
(5) Select "Deactivate Permanently" then done. Quit CS5
(6) Reopen CS5 and enter the serial
