-Pokemon Specific Items: Works on any Pokemon; removes the "pokemon.baseTemplate.baseSpecies ===" check.
-Consumables: Removes any conditions in the "onUpdate" checks, meaning that seeds don't need terrains, and most berries will be eaten at full health. However, healing items will solely remove the number that the "pokemon.maxhp" is divided by, as that number is considered to be the limiting condition for those effects. Thus, items like Aguave Berry, Sitrus berry, and Berry Juice are activated when the holder's health is below 100%, but items like Salac Berry, Adrenaline Orb, and Electric Seed are consumed immediately onUpdate.
