- updated lycanites with a number of tweaks and fixes including ents re-enabled/tweaked, event mobs despawn after 2 min, bamstorm happens every 8 days, lava and water tweaks, and more.
*NOTE* DARK MATTER PICKS STILL SPAWN GEOS :/  I have already sent Lycanite a message regarding it.

- TF2 bosses should appear again, but natural spawning of standard mobs should now come more in waves rather than consistently spawn. Again, trying to find a good level of mechanics vs lag

- rain now causes slowness
