  1. I marked the question on how to test for H. pylori that 97% of people got correct. In hindsight it was very obviously urease (which I did get correct) but I second-guessed myself.
  2.
  3. Also marked the question about an immigrant with exertional dyspnea and hemoptysis with a mitral stenosis murmur. I knew RF was the only good explanation for the murmur but couldn't think of a way that it would cause hemoptysis, so I spent 153 seconds on this one and got it right.

  5. And then I marked the question describing a mass on a man's buttock. Honestly all I knew here were that lipomas are common and this sounded like a lipoma except that it had grown pretty quickly (Uworld calls it slowly, but a few months sounded quick to me) and had cells with multiple mitoses. And it was 9x5cm, which is larger than I imagined a lipoma being. So I picked liposarcoma, which I wasn't even sure that it existed. The other options were desmoid tumor, fibrosarcoma, and rhabdomyoma. I know almost nothing about them so I couldn't eliminate any choices. I got this one correct too.
