>The houses just don't have air conditioning.
>Your fluffy pony is suffering.
>Her fluff is hot an itchy.
>She can't play or hug.
>It's just too hot.
>You can only give her so many popsicles before she gets sick.
>She's miserable.
>Lays in the shade whimpering all day.
>You have to do something.
>Fluffy moans "Fwuuuffffyyy hawt! Nu wike! Whaaaa!"
"Come on over here girl, I'm gonna help you."
>Fluffy plods over to you hopefully.
>"Pwease powpsicwe daddee?"
"No, you've had three today already."
>Lift her up to the sink.
>"Baff?" asks fluffy.
>Normally she hates baths, but it's been so hot lately.
"No...no bath, girl."
>Switch on the electric shears.
>Fluffy pony panics.
>"NUUUUU! Pwease nu scawy buzzies! Nu take fwuff!"
"Just relax, you'll feel a lot better after this."
>Fluffy bawls and fights you every step of the way.
>You don't take all her fluff...just a good trim.
>Finally done.
>Set fluffy down; she just cries at the top of her lungs.
"Hey, cut it out."
>Thwack her on the nose. She stops crying.
"How do you feel?"
>Fluffy thinks for a second...obviously doesn't know the answer.
"Are you cooler?"
>"Yay! Fwuffy fewl cool! Nu mowe itchies!"

>Fluffy runs around, plays with her ball.
>Fluffy is happy.
>You hear her fluffy-flap open & shut.
>Hmmm...better go outside with her.
>She could easily get hurt without her fluff for protection.
>In a few minutes...clean the fluff out of your sink first.

>All cleaned up.
>Hear a scream from the back yard...oh shit.
>Run outside.
>Fluffy is laying in the grass, howling in pain.
>There's no animals in the yard...nothing attacked her.
>Then you see...
>Fluffy's skin is bright red.
>Big blisters.
>Smells like bacon & burnt hair.
>In less than 5 minutes fluffy suffered 2nd degree sunburn.
>Pick her up...she screams in pain.
>Without full fluff her delicate skin scorched horribly.

>Now fluffy can barely move.
>She sits on wet towels all day & night, whimpering in pain.
>You put special fluffy pony aloe lotion on her.
>Even that is painful...she cries every time you touch her.
>Not much you can do to help.
>That sunburn is gonna itch like hell when it starts to peel.
>Fluffy pony just can't win.
