  6. This is a modified Scripts.pak file for Star Citizen Arena Commander v1.1.3. (In Cryengine games, this is where the non-modifiable rules & variables are encrypted.)

  10. A (poor) first attempt has been made to reduce one hit kills to the cockpit. (Skilled aim & timing should be rewarded, however, to this point the amount of 1hk's produced by many weapons is rather insane)
  11. Avenger has been given the Gladius's size-2 wing mounts with stock gimbaled s1 repeaters.(Because after the "s5 debacle", the Avenger has languished without a gun weaponry redesign. IMO giving them this upgrade is better for all VS enabling their s5 mount, giving them access to the s3/s4 m#a, omni9/12 and large ball turrets)

  13. ---Armor---
  14. Armor's missile signal strength multipliers have been changed to 1.0 (No multiplier). That removes the extra strength missiles had against the Aurora LN and 325a and removes the stealth ability of the Delta.
  15. Hornet Ghost's stealth armor multiplier has been decreased from 0.5 IR 0.5EM 0.25 CS to 0.65 IR 0.65EM 0.4 CS

  17. ---Energy---
  18. NN-13 Neutron: Added 10 distortion damage. Lifespan increased from 0.8s to 2.0s (Range increased 250% from 560m to 1400m), Heat pool decreased from 500 to 380, Cooling increased from 40 to 48.
  19. NN-14 Neutron: Added 20 distortion damage. Lifespan increased from 0.6s to 1.8s (Range increased 300% from 420m to 1260mm), Cooling increased from 40 to 75.

  21. Omnisky's have had a reduction in alpha damage while keeping their other stats. Leaving them as accurate, long range weapons.

  27. The M#a line receives damage increases with heating increases to make them middle of the road energy cannons.

  29. Behring M4a: damage increased to 63-Energy Projectile. Rate of Fire increased 1.5% from 180rpm to 183rpm, Heating increased from 20 to 24.
  30. Behring M5a: damage increased to 88-Energy Projectile. Heating increased from 26 to 31.
  31. Behring M6a: damage increased to 110-Energy Projectile. Heating decreased from 26 to 24.

  33. Bulldog: Damage decreased from 15 to 11. Rate of Fire increased 36% from 550rpm to 750rpm.
  34. Badger: Rate of Fire increased 5% from 500rpm to 525rpm. Heating decreased from 7 to 6.

  36. Joker Distortion Cannon: Lifespan increased from 0.8s to 1.41s (Range increased 76% 680m to 1198.5m), Damage increased from 65 Distortion Projectile to 120 Distortion Projectile + 20 Energy Projectile.

  38. --Ballistic--
  39. All ballistic ammunition is changed based on the following formula: The average hp of current ship lineup is 1,695hp. There is enough ammunition to kill the average ship 12 times over.
  40. The over-all reduction in ammunition places a premium in trigger discipline. There are some exceptions.

  42. Sledge II: Rate of Fire increased 25% from 60rpm to 75rpm. Velocity decrease to 1300m/s, lifespan increased to 1.35s (Range increased from 1500m to 1775m at the cost of some velocity). (169 rounds x2)
  43. GT-215: Removed delay in the spooling mechanic. (508 rounds x2)
  44. GT-220: Removed delay in the spooling mechanic. Heating decreased from 8 to 4. (609 rounds x2 (Increased the ammunition count 20% VS the GT-215 to give the same amount of trigger firing))
  45. T-21: Removed delay in the spooling mechanic. (451 rounds x2 (Increased ammunition count by 20% to equal other S3 weapons)
  46. Tarantula: Rate of Fire increased 43% from 150rpm to 215rpm (226 rounds x2)
  47. Tarantula MK3: Damage increased from 108 Physical Projectile to 130 Physical Projectile (20%). Heating increased from 20 to 50. (78 rounds x2)
  48. Sawbuck: Base ROF increased from 400rpm to 466rpm. (180 rounds x2)
  49. 9-Series: Rate of Fire increased 10% from 200rpm to 220rpm. Heat increased from 1 to 18. (376 rounds x2)
  50. 11-Series: Rate of Fire increased 94% from 150rpm to 240rpm. Heat increased from 1 to 11. (271 rounds x2 (Increased ammunition count by 20% to equal other S3 weapons)

  53. All IR and EM missiles now have trackerNoiseAmplifier set to 1.95. (This is down from 2.3, making them less susceptible to countermeasures).
