- Jump #279: Kamen Rider Heisei, Part 4
- >The Devil, reversed: Liberation from fear, weakness and indecision through communion with higher powers or the inner voice.
- >Age: 54
- >Location: Tokyo, 2004
- >Identity: Civilian
- >Drawbacks: Round Zero (0), JUMPER-SAN! (+100), Let's You And Him Fight (+200), Ancient Terrors (+200)
- I'm older now, but I'm still the same man I have been all along. And while dramatic moments are annoying and I tend to snap at people (which causes others to take offense and possibly take a swing at me), most of the problems from Let's You And Him Fight come from the moment when I realized things were much worse than they had to be, and they were all my fault.
- But the J-Buckle isn't free, and I honestly looked for everything I could shed within reason. There was no way around it.
- >Ex Nihilo (1100)
- With all the insanity I've seen so far, and all the insanity that is surely yet to come, being able to come out of left field to strike is surely a good thing.
- >The Strongest! (Free, Civilian)
- Well, you only get one chance to make a first impression, right?
- >A Royal Hand (900, Civilian)
- Ah, this is a good thing in itself as well. Bringing in those villains who can be redeemed to work beside me. Yes, I'll be getting a lot of mileage out of this in the future.
- >For Those I Love (600, Civilian)
- My ideals are set in stone, and trying to use them against me will only galvanize me to follow them further.
- >J-Buckle (200)
- I paid the extra to merge this with my other Rider gear, of course. Except that now it can use cards as well. Sure, it's not quite as powerful as the rest, but at least it doesn't open me up to vulnerabilities.
- >Two Pair (0, Civilian)
- This makes up for it. I accept that I'm weaker than the other riders, in the end... except there's more than one of me when I use this trick. And five of a kind beats even a royal flush.
