We regret to inform you that for data protection reasons we do not make backups of our customers' data. The creation of backups is entirely up to our customers. The unauthorized storage of information is not handled by our company. For this reason we have not stored your data.

As you already know, it was necessary for you to stop the misuse of your server and remove all harmful data. Unfortunately you have failed to respond to our messages. We will be happy to grant you access to your server again after payment of the reactivation fee which, as we have already informed you in detail, is now due.

As soon as you have paid the amount into your customer account, please let us know. We will then unlock your server and you will have another opportunity to remove all the content you have already been informed about. Then you can also make your backup.
