I have been playing MTA SA since 10th February 2010.I have been to many servers and i have found many kinds of players who have different thoughts and are very unique in character and I was really able to help them whenever they needed help. I joined NGC by the end of 2012 I was an active player, I really enjoyed helping new players until they understand everything about the server. I was really happy and glad that I'm able to answer each and every question as soon as possible. I like to help anyone who needs. I act patiently and respectfully and never argue for something unnecessary. I respect each and every one which I believe is the importance needed among each of us. i'v been so sad to see NGC down afther all this hard work, so we will start from the begin, but all of us still have the skills that we'v been making it from 2 years.
Now i'll Introduce myself... iam a person who is positive about every aspect of life...My name is Nour hatem am from Cairo,Egypt I have four members in the family. My mother, my father and a 2 Brother which is 17 years old I really enjoy playing football with my friends and chilling together for a while, beside playing computer games, My routine is always the same monotone at summer, I wake up, i brush my teeth then i have a shower and then i open my computer..Abou My hobbies and interests,I've been passionate about hobbies my whole life. I love learning, collecting, researching and developing new skills. Some of these skills have proven useful in my career, and some are just for me to enjoy.I had a lot of hobbies including: football, basketball, reading, acting, painting, drawing, singing, collecting vintage, cheerleading, photography, running, collecting and everything in between. It's fun to stay busy with stuff that makes you happy. Hobbies come and go over the years. Growing up in calm/normal conditions helped me develop a steady personality which I'm apparently known with.

Well, It is the server which makes people play like the reality there's Cop job whose people can be also Criminal job which thieves exist on and also Staff job which adjusts between the players and There was a job which adjusts between a Criminal and a Cop but it removed as well, New Gaming Community is the best server which I found till now from the others server even All servers sucks from New Gaming Community side, From my side New Gaming Community is the best server in front of the others server and I either forget this server Thats all, I started playing PC games few years ago, I started with some simple games then GTA san andreas was released, I bought the steam edition then I downloaded it cracked edition to try cracked games then a friend of mine invited me to play it multiplayer version/patch which is the current game we play, multi theft auto san andreas, I started as a newbie in a local server with my friends, trolling and enjoying around then I decided to go out of the locked box/server to play and meet other people in the MTA world

Define Staff job prominence:[/b] Staff is a highly required job in any successful server, it shall be given to someone who's trustful and has a high percentage of knowledge in order to behave well in such laborious situations and problems, being an employee/staff in staffs team is a big responsibility as you have to make sure that there isn't rule breakers and keep the players abide to the rules, also to decrease rule breakers percentage, staff job is necessary indispensable or the server will definitely fall apart.

What's the definition of the code of conduct and what it's usefulness?:[/b] Basically, staff member code of conduct is the highly indispensable part of the staff team, it contains staff members rules and guidelines, it's staff member's guidebook, it's useful because it was made to make staff members disciplined

Why would we add you as staff?(Provide comprehensible reasons):[/b] I would be useful in many parts, I'm good in event managing, I have a knowledge in judging members, I'm a former successful staff, and I still have the knowledge, I've always been remaining loyalty towards my leaders, I've been kicked unfairly in the previous time, I acknowledge my kick as it was decided by my leaders and I still remain loyalty and admiration towards them, I had never abused my administrative powers neither limited rights.

How would you be useful and contribute in our community?:[/b] I would contribute a lot with my activity, I'm one of the full active players in this community, I would contribute with my knowledge as a player, I can considerably focus on support channel as I used to give comprehensive answers to the new players, I also can guide the new players(who has less than 40 hours) by warping and explaining everything to them and making the way easy to them.
