Nathaniel C. Dooley originally from MD.

The 16 year old victim, Nathan is not in Jail.
There was no justice served.
Nathan raped another person prior to raping that 16 year old girl and he got away with it.

Child rapists shouldn't be able to roam free. He has not been placed on the sex offender registry for MD or NY.

I'm the other victim.
By posting this here, on pastebin where literally anyone could see it or anything could happen, whether good or bad, if not for me, someone please give that girl justice.

He was training to be a police man, join the academy. He has connections so maybe that's why he's not on any sex offender list.

When Nathan was 15 years of age, he took advantage of an 11 year old female. That was swept under the rug because he was only 15.
His mother is Annie Dooley and she is dying, she is severely ill and he is her only caretaker but he does not do much for her.
