Celeste owns. I'm playing Celeste right now so this will probably be short lol. If you don't own Celeste, fix that. It's seriously THAT good. I've had genuine grade school flashbacks, when you and your friends are all playing the same game, and you get into school the next morning and you have to GUSH about all the things you found and did; the exact same thing is happening with this game. I'll almost surely do a 100% full playthrough on stream, (or at least attempt it) and speedrunning it is a definite possibility.

Speaking of speedrunning, the SMB1 Warpless and SMB3 Randomizer tournaments are both kicking off! I need to get my butt in gear with SMB1, as my first match is Friday against MY ARCH RIVAL Lui. Tournament races are always a lot more fun when you're racing a good friend, so I'm really looking forward to it. I've also been blessed (cursed?) with the RNG of having Chuk in my group for SMB3 Randomizer! So that should be really exciting whenever we get our race in, the races we've done before have all been pretty close. LttP is gonna be on the shelf for a little while, both to focus on the other tournies, as well as just go through and seriously learn things. I've been skating along on casual knowledge and half-remembered tech for too long; even though I can still beat my run by a few minutes, I'm just not happy with how I play. Might still jump in on a race with friends here and there, but for now no grinding.

In other stream things, I signed up for the 12 Hour Challenge, and like possibly hundreds of other people, I'll be learning Super Mario Odyssey. This happens to fit in with the theme of Motion Controls, but the real reason I went with SMO (other than wanting to learn it in general) is to join Mill and Lack who are both learning it. We're hoping on doing a lot of races (and maybe a couple of dumbs) once we all learn it, so looking forward to that :)

Also GLIBATHON 7 is February 10th! I've got the schedule and incentives posted places, (ask me if you can't find them) and some people at work have already given/pledged donations, so we're already on our way to some of those "fun" incentives! I'm super stoked about this, and I hope everyone else is too!
