9th Episode

-Oboro and Jalen finish the battle with Torracat standing victorious over her Leavanny, Oboro remarks how easy it was for him considering his team as she hand him the 3rd badge. Jalen nods and thank her as he and Rin head out(Oboro thinking to herself that her friend, Setsuna is right about him being cute...she decides to go and call Charlotte to relay this to the other female gym leaders_

-Inside of the PKMN Center, as Jalen wash up for the next route, Rin call up her mom and tell her the progress of the journey as the next contest will be in Nimbasa, She also ask her mom is it safe for her to tell Jalen what she is, as Camilla ponders on this and tell her while she thinks it's safe, she want Rin to decide on whether she should or not.

-After a small conversation and Jalen coming out of the shower(Rin hanging up before he got out)...The 2 check out and head to the northern exit in a calm and soothing manner(Rin making one last stop at the Coffee cafe as Jalen return his book back to the library)...However, once they reach inside the gate, they find Siegbert waiting for them there, very eager to fight Jalen...However, he barely managed to take down one of Jalen's pokemon as he is swept aside by him...angered that he lost not just to him, but some white haired boy speaking nonsense(Jalen and Rin realize that it's Griffith)Siegbert head to the PKMN center in Castelia while swearing revenge on Jalen..

-Jalen heal his Pokemon with his items and tell Rin he's ready...the 2 venture out to the desert route, luckily, there's a Desert Cloak Rental System(DCRS) where trainers rent a cloak and glasses for the desert and give them back at the exit...They each get one and head out to the desert,(Both not liking the desert)They don't see any Pokemon they want in the desert, but Jalen does battle and win against some trainers here and there...

-As they travel and Rin look around, never being in a desert before...with her advanced eyes, she spot something big off the trail and head to it...Jalen following her asking where she's going...soon, they come across a pokemon that's very rare and revered in legends...a Volcarona with a rock on it's wing....stopping it from flying as it's 3 Larvesta kids whimpers....Rin and Jalen wonder what happen before Jalen spots a dead Krookodile off in the distance burnt....Rin wagers that the mother here was defending her kids and that the Krookodile got one Rock Slide in on her...

-As Jalen wonder what can they do, he's shocked on seeing Rin LIFTING the rock off of the Volcarona...And tossing it away(a couple of feet from Inigo on the route, luckily not hitting him ofc)...Jalen add this on the list of things to ask as even Rin know that what she did was mighty suspicious....but she felt something as she was watching the 3 Larvestas holding on to their mothers in sadness and was compelled to do something....The Volcarona look at the 2 of them before one of the Larvesta run to Rin and nuzzle on her leg....Rin is confused by this as Jalen suggest maybe she should take it, as Volcarona nods at this...blessing Rin with one of her babies...Rin accept it and place the Larvesta in a Pokeball as the other 2 climb on top of their mother(Rin healed it with Hyper Potions and Fresh Waters)and it flies off....

-After some time getting back on the trail...the 2 make it to the bustling city that is Nimbasa....
