Liar's Dice Commands

Commands:
.ldstart: starts a new game.
.ldjoin: joins a game that is in the signups phase.
.ldbid <quantity> <face>: makes a bid.
.ldbs: calls the current bidder a liar.
.ldspot: challenges the bid as "spot-on".
.ldinfo: gets info on the current game.
.lddice: re-sends your rolls to you.
