Inazuma: But, I don't remember the base having a tradition of holding yearly festival?

Kitakaze: If we didn't then why not make it a tradition starting this year?
Ikazuchi & Inazuma: Kitakaze-chan!
Kitakaze: I heard you two talking about interesting things! Speaking of the Sakura Empire, it's now Summer here！
Zuikaku: Summer is the time for festivals! Yup, as Ikazuchi was saying, this is the time when you eat lots of tasty dishes as much as you want!

Zuikaku: If lots of us get the commanders attention together the commander is sure to allow us to hold it!

Inazuma: Then, should we go meet the commander right now?

Zuikaku: So, after listing to all that, would you allow us to hold a Sakura Empire themed summer festival in the base this year?
Commander: ...This is just too sudden...
Kitakaze: N-no way, how could you reject it after we requested it together...
Inazuma: I knew you would say "This is just too sudden", so I brought everyone who was looking forward to the festival with me.
Mutsuki: Mutsuki, would love play in a festival! All the tasty candy there...ehehehe(salivates)
I26: I want to see the fireworks! I am sure everyone will enjoy it!

Juno: Thank you for inviting me! Everyone here is looking so cute!

Juno: If you are looking for Vampire-san then she is by that Ramune store..
Vampire: Fufufu♪　This body of mine is craving for some fresh blood～
