Q: What is All Obtainable Legends?
A: I obtain/catch all the legendary pokemon available in Soul Silver

Q: What is Manipless?
A: Beating the game without RNG Manipulation or using any glitches. So no masterball manip or any sort of manip is not allowed

Q: Why Heart Gold over Soul Silver?
A: Easier to catch kyorge with T-Wave strats but either version can be used, I have also done a run on Heart Gold

Q: What are the Obtainable legends?
A: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-oh, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Latias and Kyorge (Latios and Groudon for HG)

Q: What about Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Latios and Groudon?
A: Getting these would require an event pokemon or trading. So All of these are unobtainable without a Heart Gold cart or trading so Ill only be catching the ones you can get without an event or trading See https://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/legends.shtml for more info how to get these pokemon.

Q: Ok thats cool and all how the heck do you plan to catch the 11 listed?
A: The masterball for Prof Elm is used for raikou the others is T-Wave and dusk ball strats!

Q: Whats your main pokemon you use for the run then?
A: Cyndaquil until goldenrod, Kenya until after morty then gyarados for the rest of the run

Q: How do you get gyarados?
A: Route 43, a magikarp at level 50 is a 1% encounter slot basically you Lead with a pokemon around level 26-49 put repel up and turn frame back and forward to save repel tiles then get lucky finding it (1%), turn framing increases the chances of encounters heres an example https://www.twitch.tv/videos/799152952

Q: Thats OP how do you catch the level 50 Magikarp?
A: I buy a net ball at the ecruteak mart, then use it on magikarp its 100% chance of catching!, once I catch it, I evolve it using 2 rare candies and boom we have an overleveled pokemon for that part of the game and basically until the end of the run.

Q: Whats your estimate on the run?
A: Anything from 6-9 hours Really depends on my catching luck, Ideally we get sub 7!
