- By purchasing from Aquatiq, you must agree to all the following

- I have the right to change the ToS at any time without notifying you.

- Payment method is strictly via PayPal.

- Chargebacks or refunds are simply not allowed under any circumstance

- All sales are final once you purchase a product, and you may not back out mid-purchase or after purchase.

- If you accidentally lose the graphics I send please let me know immediately, I will try my best to save the files for buyers, however if I don't I can refund your money (this may be the only circumstance that refunding is doable)

- Full payment must be sent before product is obtained by the buyer. If a product is 15$ you will send the full 15$ in one payment.

- I have the right to deny service if buyer appears unsafe to deal with. (Refund will be given if I feel you are unsafe or have a negative reputation on places such as MC-Market or around the community)
