Tenko Burn

Tenko grins widely as he seemed all too pleased at something, his eyes moving from Lailah to Elaine, eyes locking onto hers as runes start to appear in a circle behind him. Their translation was simple for those who read runes.

'Interested in the true power of runes?'

A taunt, or an offer, difficult to discern as runes continued to flow around his body in such an odd manner apart from the single decipherable message.

Lailah Elisheva says, "Understood."
Lailah glances at the runes, quirking a brow. She could easily decipher the message, turning attention towards Tenko while anticipating..something.

A smirk of her own crossed her lips.

The woman rolled back the sleeve of her left arm to reveal that something was writhing beneath the skin, as if some lifeform was burrowing beneath. Elaine withdrew from her satchel her ever handy scalpel- the tool of her trade.

Holding the arm up, the Feleran set the tip of the blade through the injured flesh. A light drop of blood pierced, but very little compared to what one might expect.

Without any sort of fear, the scalpel continued to run along the back of the arm until nearly a foot of skin had been incised. The scalpel was returned to its place in her bag before Elaine used her bare fingers to peel the skin aside to reveal metal plating beneath. Blood stained several strange, largely mithril based implants set beneath the skin.

But in this one, a message was inscribed, the metal having shifted to form letters.

Tenko burst into laughter as the younger woman presented the message, runes beginning to line the floors as his mind willed the runes into existence on simplistic cognitive application.

Countless runes flickered in the hard-light mana, fuzzy to gaze upon as the prime glyph of Metaphysical was encircled by runes denoting clarity of Light. As the runes spread around him they began to rise up from the floor in a sudden shift, forming the shape of a cage around himself as he slowly started to pout, fighting the urge to tug his lips back into the smile.

"Oh dear, and here I was being seri-" He could hold it for only so long until the laughter continued. The runes that were utilized to form the bars of his cage moved as he began to walk towards the main doors, looking as though they were 'glitching' through the air.

"Ha.. see me if you ever decide to do better runes, young boy. Or be proud of yourself for being second best in their use."

From Tenko, the young Elisheva's eyes drift downward towards the utilization of metal below carved out flesh to display a message for the purpose of antagonizing the Undead with.

A light smile formed as the Elisheva's left hand raises to grasp the Feleran drakanite's shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze of appreciation.

And as the runes littered about the grounds and around the kitsune's person, Lailah spectated with a vague curiosity. His presence was barely acknowledged and she only remained for the presence of Elaine, turning head to speak with her. By now, her maw gapes, until-

"What did you just say?" She inquires, shooting her head back in Tenko's direction. "Speak again, agender. I can understand that the logical semblance of your brain has since dissolved into mush and you might be addled, but I can assure you that she lacks what it is you wish was present below your waist."

Slender filaments of mithril slipped from the subdermal platings to stab through the separated skin and suture it back together. It was a well done job, given the woman's skill with both metal magic and medical work, but in no way was it pretty. Yet another scar was added to Elaine's freakishly scarred appendage.

Elaine offered little care to the Kitsune's remark until Lailah spoke for her. Her eyes bulged in disbelief.

A hand rose to her mouth in an attempt to suppress laughter. A very poor attempt.

Tenko simply walks off unless stopped. When more than one person partook in a verbal spat it simply became boring.
