How the loot system works

IMPORTANT SINCE LEGION PREPATCH: Master loot doesn't exists outside of guild runs. However the new personnal loot lets you trade non-gear. That means we'll have to hope RNG ain't a bitch and that no one Ninjas the mount.

How the loot system works (for the mount only):
For every kill on endwing bosses (that includes The Blast Furnace, Kromog, The Iron Maidens and Blackhand himself), you gain the right to a roll. Everytime you kill Blackhand with us, you add up all your rolls and compare it against everyone else.

Let's say bob has 3 rolls, and MrRogue has 4 then they might have:
Bob     35+98+42    = 175
MrRogue 02+35+76+10 = 123
In this case, Bob would win the roll. The short version is, the more you join, the more chances you have. Every week someone wins the mount and is removed from the list giving you a better chance at it.
