personality: Kino is reserved and wont open up to people easily. He is very accepting of others and wont be quick to judge. His nature is a quiet one, so don't be offended if he doesn't talk much, as it's just his way of being. He's the type to care for someone silently so many people are confused as to whether he likes them or not. Chances are he does though, for it's hard to get on his blacklist. He doesn't mind skinship, but doesn't like it if it's abrupt or out of the blue. He feels you need to reach a certain point of friendship with someone before being able to openly invade their privacy. Many people think he's quite complicated because of this. Kino is very protective of the people he cares about. background: Kino was born in Daegu, South Korea and grew up there. At age 16 his mother died from breast cancer and a few months later his father died from drunk driving. His brother was only 8 at that time and officials registered both him and his brother into an orphanage. His brother had a hard time adjusting in the orphanage so Kino would take care of him and became his father-like figure. When Kino turned 18 and his brother turned 10, a young couple came to adopt them. They had requested to adopt them both but Kino refused and decided to become independent. His brother was devastated but he knew that Kino had a dream that he wanted to pursue. Kino promised his brother that when he became successful, he could come to him and they would live together again.
