Her face smoothed out, and she put her arms in a strange sort of pose that you couldn't help but think was good for lecturing. "It's a metaphysical connection to my greater existence; through it you're connected to not only me but all of humanity via the interconnecting concept of "The Right Eye". This means that you can see through any human being's right eye, access any eye-based abilities a human has ever possessed, and bear witness to all of human history up to the point I first came into existence some three-thousand years ago. It also allows you to see a small aspect of me, influenced by the nearby human minds and molded into a form of your preference, through which you can petition the Counter Force, communicate with me directly, consult Counter Guardians, and other such things. I'll have to remove it once you find that man but until then it's a pretty useful tool."
