WMG tutorial

To get うごくメモ帳 3D on a North American/European 3DS, you will need the following:

A homebrewed 3DS with A9LH CFW + FBI
.cia files for うごくメモ帳 3D and it's 1.3.1 update
The Luma Locale Switcher

Step 1: Make sure your Luma is fully updated, and then go to your FBI app and select Remote Install. Scan the QR Code here: https://github.com/Possum/LumaLocaleSwitcher/releases
Download the "Luma NIGHTLY" version.
It will install the Luma Nightly Launcher on your system

Step 2: Find the うごくメモ帳 3D + 1.3.1ver patch .cia file on the internet. I cannot post a link to the titlekey site for obvious reasons, but you'll find the titlekeys for it you look hard enough. Compile both titlekeys into a QR Code and use Remote Install to scan them. Once installed, exit out of FBI and unwrap your new apps (Luma Locale Switcher and うごくメモ帳 3D)

WARNING: The Japanese Version will look just like the normal English version on the Home Menu, but when you select it, it will not work, so please be sure to not confuse the two.

Step 3: Open up Luma Locale Launcher, and select "Titles". If you already have the English Version of Flipnote Studio 3D, you will see two listings for Flipnote Studio 3D in your director. Pay attention to the Product Code listed on the top screen and make sure it's the app with the Product Code ending in JKZJ. Set that App's region and language to Japan, and exit the Luma Locale Launcher

Final Step: Open up the Japanese Flipnote Studio 3D app and it should start up correctly! Congratulations!! :D
