[19:33] * Alexa_Kalina finishes her tea and puts the cup down, standing up to leave.
[19:34] <Claire_Nova> "Cool. You're welcome to walk with us, unless that would tarnish your rep already."
[19:34] <Miata_Weinbaum> "Um, do you know what class is going to be like?" quietly, to both Ainlinn and Lily
[19:35] <Miata_Weinbaum> She looks nervous, well, more than usual, hands in fists as her huge sword hangs off her back.
[19:35] <Ikiryo> "Boring."
[19:35] <Ikiryo> The classroom in question is...rather generic looking. Blue walls, desks and a AR display 'whiteboard'. Currently there is no teacher there but there is still a minute or two until the bell.
[19:35] <Miata_Weinbaum> "Oh. Uh....why do you say that?" gaze on Ainlinn.
[19:35] <Altea_Chavez> "Anyway, the real secret is to get enough butter and jelly on the thing that it gets nice and slippery. I used to prefer to put butter on one side and jelly on the other, that way you don't choke on it as easily. It took a few tries before I perfected that technique."
[19:36] * Alexa_Kalina eyes Claire. "... What?"
[19:37] * Lily_Mardock smiles brightly at Miata when she asks
[19:37] <Lily_Mardock> "Nope!"
[19:38] * Miata_Weinbaum nods. She's pretty unsure too. She's not exactly the cleverest magical girl.
[19:38] <Claire_Nova> "What-what?" she asks, acting like she'd truly said nothing.
[19:38] <Tazzari_Killough> Tazzari hides amidst the group throughout the journey, and in the room she follows Claire, taking a seat beside her that puts her closest to a wall.
[19:39] * Alexa_Kalina eyes Claire lightly, and sniffs a bit haughtily before taking a seat.
[19:40] * Altea_Chavez takes a seat where she can, doing her best to relax in the chair.
[19:41] * Claire_Nova shrugs idly before seating herself between Alexa and Tazzari (and, coincidentally, Tazzari and the front of the classroom).
[19:41] * Miata_Weinbaum finds a seat next to...anyone really. She's kind of distracted by her worries.
[19:41] <Tazzari_Killough> That gets a quiet "...Thank you." from her.
[19:42] * Claire_Nova brings a hand up behind her back in a sign of "OK" for Tazzari.
[19:42] <Ikiryo> ...the bell rings. Still no sighting of the teacher.
[19:43] * Claire_Nova counts heads. "...All of *us* are here," she says quietly to herself. "No late punishments...unless this is some sort of sick joke and we're really supposed to be next door!" Her voice has risen through the whole tirade.
[19:43] * Alexa_Kalina glances around, frowning lightly and figuring it's a test of some sort.
[19:43] <Altea_Chavez> "Maybe the teacher can't eat toast as fast as I can."
[19:44] <Miata_Weinbaum> "...I don't think they'd do that Claire?" She sounds uncertain though, some worry on her face. She hopes not.
[19:45] <Claire_Nova> "No, you're probably right," she says, calming greatly.
[19:46] <Tazzari_Killough> Tazzari closes her eyes and bows her head, concentrating for a moment... And then sighs, slumping a little to rest her head against her arms on the desk.
[19:47] <Claire_Nova> She turns in her seat to glance at her friend, worry plain on her face for a second, before she banishes it and faces front again...just in case...
[19:48] <Ikiryo> ...five minutes...still nothing.

[19:51] * Lily_Mardock sits and hums to herself
[19:51] * Claire_Nova gets up and peers out the windows to one side of the classroom, looking down, up, sideways--any direction she can see anything in.
