  1. After a while of warming himself by the fire Xin turned his attention to the earthen walls around him. There was a certain, well, glimmer to them now that the fire was roaring.

  3. As the flames danced back and forth the swordsman swore he saw something against the wall. Right about chest level. At first it looked like that of an old hole.
  4.  
  5. However, curiosity peaked and thusly the swordsman ventured forward. Approaching the wall he'd lightly press his hand against the area where said hole was. In doing so he felt a bit of give under his palm.

  7. With a risen brow the swordsman pushed a bit harder. Upon which the stone beneath his had slide back into a chamber. What sounded like gears began to turn and shift. Creaking and groaning against the effort.

  9. Having taken a step back the swordsman let his left hand fall to his top sword. Taking stance just in case the swordsman prepared himself for what came next.

  11. Which was simply that of a very old door openingonly part of the way. A plum of dust escaped from the maw of said opening. The air was stale and void of moisture.. It had been trapped for several hundreds of years.

  13. With a cautious step forward the swordsman pressed his gaze inward. There was little he could see given the darkness within. Taking a step back Xins smile began to grow. This was it! This was the place he knew had to be up there, waiting for him.

  15. This would be the place to start his new life.
