- swords dance boosts atk
- knock off is amazing spammable move thats so fucking good
- sucker punch is good priority; OHKO's hitmonlee at +2
- Seed Bomb is good for reliability
- bullet seed is purely for sash omastar leads as it can prevent it from setting up at all
- low kick can be used to nail cobalion and virizion at +2, but sash should be used with it.

Set Details
========
- 252/252/4 straightforward spread
- LO for maximum damage output
- Jolly to outspeed hitmonlee and OHKO with Sucker Punch before it can use mach punch, assuming its adamant
- focus sash is an option that allows shiftry to beat what would otherwise be counters in cobalion, virizion, and aromatisse. OHKOing the former two (although viriz needs SR or some prior damage) while 2HKOing aromatisse with seed bomb
- adamant is an option but its slower than hitmonlee meaning it's easily revenge killed.

Usage Tips
========
- use as a late-game sweeper with strong Knock Offs and Seed Bombs. bring it out when its checks and counters (cobalion virizion drapion etc) have been weakened or eliminated.
- can be used early-game if you need a strong knock off or to revenge kill with sucker punch, and then saved until late-game to set up. this can also be used to bluff the defog set and surprise opponent later with Swords Dance.
- if using bullet seed and the opponent has what looks like an omastar hazards lead, then lead with it and bone omastar with bullet seed
- knock off is spammable

Team Options
========
- hazards are arguably the best with SD shiftry. spikes setters such as accelgor and omastar are good. the latter also has SR which is awesome
- qwilfish is an amazing teammate as it has access to both spikes and t.spikes, as well as taunt to prevent opposing hazardous leads from setting up
- stealth rock is also good, rhyperior, druddigon, and cobalion can lay it down. bonus points to cobalion and rhyperior because they check drapion
- doublade is a good partner as it can counter cobalion/virizion which shiftry struggles with
- hard hitters such as Calm Mind/Specs Delphox, Clawitzer, and Specs Meloetta to wear down opponent's walls or checks to shiftry. hitmonlee can also act as a wallbreaker and spinner in one.
- CB Dugtrio can KO a slightly weakened Cobalion and trap and KO Virizion with Aerial Ace. Furthermore, Life Orb Dugtrio can carry Memento which makes it easier for Shiftry to set up.
- if Sash + Low Kick is used, then Pokemon that like Aromatisse and Virizion/Cobalion gone are good teammates: Hitmonlee, Sharpedo, Electric-types etc
