Cancellation League Update:
Well, here we are, folks. Another year in the books. I say it all the time -- no matter the time commitment, no matter the network double-talk, no matter the last minute shenanigans (thanks, Fox, for making that schedule change yesterday), it’s absolutely worth it to shine the spotlight on my friends, my fellow savvy television watchers.

Our lowest contestant is Danson With Myself, at 935 points. Danson benefitted greatly from this week’s group bonuses, given for such things as Coupled not getting a review, or Limitless in limbo. I stripped the 175 points for being dead and achieving One and Done status and gave them to our ten lowest contestants (since 10 people had Limitless on their ballots). Hey, Danson -- for 65 bonus points, who’s buried in Grant’s Tomb?

We had a number of scoring adjustments this week, what with Limitless, The Odd Couple and Code Black’s last minute non-cancellations. In the case of Code Black, it meant 100 points being taken away from those who had it on the ballot. In the case of The Odd Couple, it meant 290 points being taken away (since I had counted all airings so far as burnoffs). Thus, the only Odd Couple points are for this week and next week’s multi-episode airings.
