  1. Question's To Always Ask Police Before Answering Their's!
  2. 1) Am I legally obligated?
  3. 2) Am I being detained?
  4. 3) Am I free to go?
  5. Forces Police to make a snap judgement call. Otherwise its considered an "Illegal Detention" That being said, do not try this unless you REALLY know the law (in your STATE) for example, a vehicle stop in California, you must produce ID, however on foot you do not. Other States have different laws. NEVER show any signs of hostility or anger. Be polite and do as instructed, letting them know that by following their commands your doing it against your free will. Do not argue that you have done nothing wrong, unfortunately its not your opinion that matters. Asking what you have done wrong is OK. Know when, what and how to say and respond to these scenarios. If one choses to express his or her rights and if done correctly (you still might wind up going to jail for a few hours, but they will let you go and drop all charges and you can OWN them) everything that they find (NOT IN PLAIN SIGHT) will be dismissed in court. In Police Jargon it is called "Fruits of the Poisonous Tree" Furthermore, the Officer AND OR his DEPT can be held civilly if not criminally liable.
